Research On Community Governance Led By Party Building Under The Background Of Epidemic Prevention And Control

The outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in late 2019 has made the epidemic prevention and control the focus of the government’s work.After two years of protracted war on epidemic prevention,under the guidance of the leading mode of Party construction,community epidemic prevention and control has achieved phased victory.At present,China’s prevention and control situation is still severe and complex.Based on the analysis of the long-term,complexity and difficulty of the epidemic,China’s Congress is in the stage of epidemic prevention and control for a long time.As the "first line of defense" of epidemic prevention and control,in order to ensure the development of epidemic prevention,the community needs to give full play to the bridge and link role of Party construction leading the community.In the process of epidemic prevention,a structural system of Party construction leading and community multiple subjects participating in co governance has been formed to stimulate social forces and people’s participation,form a strong joint force of social governance,and constantly promote the improvement of grass-roots governance system and the modernization of governance ability.Taking the epidemic prevention and control as the background and Y community as the case study,this paper makes an in-depth study on how Party construction leads community governance in the process of epidemic prevention and control in Y community from the perspective of multi-level governance theory and social governance theory.Community governance is divided into vertical and horizontal governance systems for analysis.On this basis,the problems and causes in the process of Party construction leading community governance are deeply discussed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the operation system of community epidemic prevention and control,and provide experience reference for the methods of community epidemic prevention and control.
