Clinical Observation Of "WuZangTongZhiFang" In The Treatment Of Prediabetes

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of WuZangTongZhiFang in the treatment of prediabetes.Methods:The randomly compared researching method was used,60 cases of prediabetes patients who met the inclusion criteria at Suining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2021.01-2022.01 were selected.The patients were randomlydivided into two groups:the experimental group(31 cases)and the control group(29 cases)by SPSS software.On the premise that both groups were given lifestyle intervention,the experimental group was added with"WuZangTongZhiFang" granules.14 doses,were a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses(8 weeks).The blood glucose(fasting,2h),glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index and TCM symptom scores of all subjects before and after treatment were collected and statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.10%,and the ineffective rate was 12.90%.The total effective rate of the control group was 68.97%,and the ineffective rate was 31.03%.The difference of fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose,HbA1c,insulin resistance index and TCM symptom score in the experimental group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of HbA1c and TCM symptom score in the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference of fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose and insulin resistance index before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average values of fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose,HbA1c and insulin resistance index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study proves that WuZangTongZhiFang can reduce the fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators of patients with prediabetes,reduce insulin resistance and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and there are no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment process.It has the value of further research and application.
