Study On The Effect Of Zhizhu Pill Combined With Microecological Preparation On Clinical Efficacy And Intestinal Microflora In Patients With Constipation Of Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhizhu Pill combined with probiotics on constipation patients with spleen deficiency and the effect of intestinal flora,and to explore the mechanism of Zhizhu Pill in the treatment of constipation.Methods:Eighty-two cases of constipation due to spleen deficiency who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,41 cases in each.The constipation symptom severity score,stool character score,TCM syndrome efficacy score and the number of intestinal flora were observed in the two groups after two weeks of treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 26.0.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in general condition,constipation symptom severity score,stool character score,TCM syndrome curative effect score and intestinal flora between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of constipation symptom severity,fecal traits,TCM syndrome curative effect and the number of intestinal flora in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).3.The results of constipation symptom severity score:the total scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment.There was significant difference in the total score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.The score results of fecal traits:the scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved in varying degrees compared with those before treatment.There was a significant difference in the score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The effect of improving fecal traits in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.5.The score results of TCM syndrome efficacy:after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes(defecation,difficulty in defecation,effort,shortness of breath and sweating,fatigue and timidity,pale complexion,less appetite,abdominal distension after eating or afternoon abdominal distension)decreased in both groups(P<0.05).There was statistical difference between the two groups.The curative effect of Zhizhu pill combined with microecological preparation was significantly better than that of microecological preparation alone.6.results of intestinal flora:there were significant differences in the number of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli and Enterococcus between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in the number of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli and Enterococcus between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The effect of Zhizhu pill combined with microecological preparation to restore intestinal microecological balance is better than that of microecological preparation alone.7.Treatment results:after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.68%,while that of the control group was 75.61%,indicating that the two groups were effective in improving various symptoms of spleen deficiency constipation.The total effective rate of Zhizhu pill combined with microecological preparation was significantly higher than that of microecological preparation alone,and the therapeutic effect was better.Conclusion:Zhizhu Pill combined with microecological preparations have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of spleen-deficiency type constipation,which can effectively improve the clinical TCM syndromes and constipation symptoms in patients with spleen-deficiency type constipation.Its mechanism of action may be related to changing the intestinal flora and restoring the intestinal microecological balance.
