Objective:To investigate the prognostic value of preoperative and postoperative peripheral blood inflammatory indexes:neucrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),monocyte to lymphocyte ratio(MLR),platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)values and related risk factors for early postoperative recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and to establish an early recurrence risk prediction model. Methods:The data of 82 patients and 40 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)diagnosed by pathological type after operation were retrospectively analyzed. The high and low values of inflammatory indicators were defined by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC),and the independent risk factors and risk ratio were determined by chi-square test and COX regression model,so as to find the independent risk factors for early postoperative recurrence of liver cancer.Kaplan-meier survival analysis was used to draw the tumor-free survival curve and compare the differences between the curves. The risk assessment model was established by weighted analysis of independent risk factors according to the risk ratio, and the predictive ability is tested in the risk assessment model.Result:The early postoperative recurrence rate of 82 HCC patients was 59.8%.Multivariate analysis showed that cirrhosis, tumor embolism, preoperative NLR combined with MLR were independent risk factors for early postoperative HCC recurrence(P<0.05).In the established risk prediction model,ROC curve was drawn, and the area under the curve was 0.765.Conclusion:High preoperative NLR and MLR combined values are independent risk factors for early postoperative recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma. When preoperative NLR value is greater than 3.04 and preoperative MLR is greater than 0.40,patients will have a higher recurrence rate, and the established prediction model for early postoperative recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma has a good prediction ability.
