Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Danggui Buxue Decoction Medicated Dietwith Iron Sucrose On Postoperative Anemia In Elderly Patients With Intertrochanteric Fracture Of The Femur

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction medicated diet with iron sucrose in the treatment of postoperative anemia in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractureof the femur.Methods:From October 2020 to February 2022,69 elderly patients with anemia after intertrochanteric fractures of the femur who met the diagnostic criteria and included in Suining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into three groups.The observation group was treated with Danggui Buxue decoction medicated diet with iron sucrose for two weeks,the control group was treated with iron sucrose for two weeks,and the blank group was not given any intervention.The Hb,RBC,RET,Harris score,and TCMSS score of the three groups were recorded on the 1th,7th,and 14th days after the operation.Differences in clinical efficacy.Results:After analysis and comparison of the general data of the three groups of patients,it was found that there was no significant difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.The Hb of the observation group on the 7th and 14th days after the operation was higher than that of the control group and the blank group.The increase of RBC on the 14th day after operation was higher than that of the control group and the blank group;the RET of the observation group on the 7th day after operation was higher than that of the blank group,and the increase of RET of the control group was higher than that of the observation group and the blank group,there was statistical significance among the three groups(P<0.05).The Harris scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and the blank group on the 7th and 14th days after the operation.The efficiency of TCMSS integral of the observation group on the 14th day after the operation were significantly higher than those of the control group and the blank group,The TCMSS score of the control group on the 14th day showed a cure rate(9.1%),there was statistical significance among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single use of iron sucrose,Danggui Buxue Decoction medicated diet combined with iron sucrose can increase the hemoglobin concentration and red blood cell count more effectively in elderly patients with anemia after intertrochanteric fracture of the femursurgery.At the same time,it was found that Danggui Buxue Decoction medicated diet combined with iron sucrose can improve the hip function of patients and relieve the clinical manifestations of anemia in patients more than iron sucrose alone.
