| Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of longitudinal and transverse pressing anal skin outward in the posterior incision of circular mixed hemorrhoid surgery,so as to provide basis for clinical application. Methods:There were 140 inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria of circular mixed hemorrhoids,According to different surgical methods, they were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,There were 70 cases in the observation group and 70 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with improved external stripping and internal ligation, and the posterior incision was radially opened for drainage,The observation group was treated with modified external stripping and internal ligation, and the anal canal skin was moved outward by longitudinal cutting and transverse pressing. The clinical efficacy, operation time, postoperative complications(anal pain, bleeding, anal edema, dysuria, anal stenosis, anal function, wound granulation growth),wound healing time and recurrence rate of half a year after operation were observed. Results:The observation group was better than the control group in wound healing time, wound granulation growth(14 and 21 days after operation),anal edema, anal function, postoperative bleeding(1,3 and 7 days after operation)andanal stenosis. The difference has statistically significant(P<0.05);The control group was better than the experimental group in anal pain(7 days after operation)and operation time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy,pain(1 day,3 days and 1 month after operation),dysuria, wound granulation growth(3 days and 7 days)and recurrence rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional posterior incision, radially open drainage can effectively shorten the time of wound healing, promote wound granulationgrowth, reduce false healing, prevent anal stenosis, protect anal function, reduce postoperative bleeding and anal edema, which is worthy of clinical application. |
