Observation On The Curative Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Election Bag Combined With Acupuncture And Massage In The Treatment Of Primary Frozen Shoulder Fenghanshi Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine hot election bag combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder feng hanshi type,so as to provide some theoretical support for the auxiliary treatment of frozen shoulder with traditional Chinese medicine hot election bag used in this study.Method:Collected 60 patients with primary frozen shoulder feng hanshi type who met the requirements of this trial in Suining Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2020 to June 2021.On the basis of the random number table method,we divided them into experimental group and control group with 30 people in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with massage manipulation.On this basis,the experimental group was added with external application of traditional Chinese medicine hot election bag.In addition,Under the guidance of doctors,both groups of patients underwent shoulder joint functional exercise on the affected side.Recorded the VAS score,CMS score and adverse events of the patients before and 28 days after the treatment.The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results:During the treatment,2 patients were lost in the control group,left 30 patients in the experimental group and 28 patients in the control group.Through the analysis of the collected data after treatment,we found that the VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The CMS score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate and markedly effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions and adverse events happend during the trial.Conclusion:The therapy that traditional Chinese medicine hot election bag combined with acupuncture and massage has significant clinical effect in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder feng hanshi type,which can effectively alleviate the pain of patients and promote the functional rehabilitation of the affected shoulder joint.
