Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the popularity of international sports,competitive aerobics projects are also developing rapidly to a more difficult,newer,more beautiful direction,which will make the athletes have different parts,different degrees of damage.However,wrist injury is competitive aerobics athletes in long-term push-up training is the most easy to cause damage,wrist once damaged,many skills will be difficult to continue,and its recovery is slow,is likely to lead to frequent,recurrent,whether in the physical or psychological will have negative effects to athletes,therefore,in the understanding of a certain damage mechanism,urgent need to put forward reasonable treatment for this injury.The emergence of external stem cell transplantation technology has brought a new thinking of sports injury diseases.Currently,there are high expectations for the treatment of stem cells in human clinical diseases.This paper combs and analyzes the wrist tendon injury caused by competitive aerobics,scientifically studies the repair of stem cells,analyzes the biological characteristics of stem cells,establishes the mouse tendon injury model,and then discusses the effect of stem cells on tendon injury.The following conclusions are drawn: 1.According to the questionnaire,the injury rate is 85.88%;the most injured part is wrist;and most wrist injuries are tendon injury.According to the investigation results,the tendon injury is difficult to recover,and the treatment after the injury is more traditional,the recovery time is long,repeated attacks.2.Successful isolation of bovine mucosal stem cells(Mu SCs)using tissue block adhesion,Culture to 23 generations;There is no obvious difference in morphology before and after freezing,Stable cell value-added capacity;Immunohistochemical testing revealed that the antibody CD90,CD 90,CD105,CD44,CD71,CD166 were positive expression;In the growth curve,cloning ability,scratch experiments that cells have strong value-added ability,With the increase of the generations,Cell value-added ability is weak;Of stem cells for their ability to induce differentiation,The cells were successfully differentiated into osteogenic,chondroblasts,The accuracy of the induction results was confirmed by the specific staining and RT-PCR;The RT-PCR tests were performed on the stem cells,Was positive for CD73,CD44,and CD105,CD29,Insulin,and CD34 are not expressed;It is known by karyotype analysis,Chromosome morphology and bar number were normal,Can stabilize the inheritance.3.Stem cells with good status were selected for tracing labeling,using the wrist tendon of mice injured with type I collagenase,the marked stem cells were injected into the injury site,and serum and tissue were tested in the injury group,treatment group and control group in seven time points.The results showed that the stem cells had some effect on the collagenase-injured mouse tendons,and the treated group significantly tended to be in the normal control group more than the serum and tissue sections of the injured group.4.Prospect analysis of stem cell treatment for wrist tendon injury.At present,the mouse model of stem cell therapy for tendon injury has been mature,and stem cell therapy has been used in clinical practice abroad...
