Ultrasound Combined With Serum CK,AFP,β-Analysis Of The Value Of Detecting HCG Level In Predicting Placenta Previa With Placenta Implantation

Objective: To explore the combination of ultrasound with serum creatine kinase(CK),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-h CG),Predictive value of levels in pernicious placenta previa(PPP)combined with placental accrete(PA).Methods: A total of 76 patients with fatal placenta previa admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College of Shandong Province from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group(36 patients)and a control group(40 patients)based on whether they were accompanied by placental implantation.In addition,35 healthy patients undergoing prenatal examination during the same period were selected as the health group.Clinical data and imaging data were collected retrospectively.Clinical data,ultrasonic sign score,serum CK,AFP,β-h CG levels of the three groups of pregnant women were compared,and the prediction value of ultrasonography,serum CK,AFP,β-h CG levels alone and combined detection for dangerous placenta previa with placenta accreta was analyzed.Results:(1)Serum CK,AFP β-h CG The difference between the level and the score of ultrasound signs was statistically significant(P<0.05);Among them,the serum CK,AFP β-h CG and the score of ultrasound signs in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the healthy group.The serum CK,AFP β-h CG Compared with the healthy group,the level and the score of ultrasound signs increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The ROC curve analysis results show that the AUC values of ultrasound examination,CK,AFP and β-h CG alone and combined detection were 0.931,0.873,0.859,0.838 and 0.748,respectively.(3)Single ultrasound examination,single serum CK examination,single serum AFP examination,single serum examination,and ultrasound and serum CK,AFP β-h CG The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,and accuracy of the combined examination were 80.56%,75.00%,69.44%,66.67%,and 88.89%,75.00%,65.00%,62.50%,55.00%,and 77.50%,respectively.The Kappa values were(Kappa=0.553,0.397,0.318,0.215,and 0.693).Ultrasound and serum CK,AFP β-h CG The sensitivity,specificity,and detection accuracy of the combined examination were significantly higher than those of ultrasound alone,serum CK alone,serum AFP alone,and serum alone β-h CG.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ultrasound combined with serum CK,AFP β-h CG The detection of level has higher evaluation value and higher diagnostic sensitivity than single detection in the diagnosis of dangerous placenta previa with placenta implantation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
