Objective:In this study, the vascularized fascia fat film and continuous drainage is the experimental group, the dural repair and sodium hyaluronate is the control group.it is to evaluate the experimental group for the prevention effect of epidural fibrosis and postoperative complications in elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis accompanied by dural lesions.to find a fine method to deal with fibrosis. Methods: The patients with lumbar spinal stenosis accompanied by epidural injure admitted to the No 1 People’s Hospital of huaihua were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The Continuous drainage and the vascularized fascia fat film is the experimental groups.the dural repairand sodium hyaluronate is the control group. The general information 、VAS and ODI score data 、postoperative complications、the Sagittal diameter of spinal canal in operative region 、 sectional area of the dural sac in operative region conduct data analysis,to evaluate the result significance. Results: The general data is statistically processed(p>0.05),and there was no statistical significance.Preoperative changes in the Spinal canal segment, sagittal diameter of spinal canal and sectional area of the dural sac are statistically analyzed(p>0.05),and there was no statistical significance.the VAS score and ODI score of are statistically processed before surgery(p>0.05),it is no statistical significance. The operative time and bleeding volume are statistically analyzed(p>0.05),it is no statistical significance.Postoperative complications has statistically significant(p<0.001).the Postoperative VAS score,ODI score and sagittal diameter of spinal canal are statistically analyzed(p>0.05)it is no statistical significance. The intraoperative sectional area of the dural sac has statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion: The vascularized fascia fat film and continuous drainage prevent postoperative epidural fibrosis which is a practical way in elderly patients. It does not increase the hospitalization cost of patients and has strong practical value for clinical work.
