Study On Fuzheng Baoyuan Formula In Accelerating Recovery After Gynecological Abdominal Operation

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Baoyuan prescription in patients with deficiency of qi and blood after gynecological abdominal operation through randomized controlled trial.Methods: A total of 72 patients with syndrome differentiation of Qi and blood deficiency were collected and included from the first ward of Department of Gynecology of Shandong Provincial Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022.All the enrolled patients had clear surgical indications and no contraindications.The operation and anesthesia care were completed by the same team.According to random number table method,72 subjects were divided into observation group(36 cases)(Fuzheng Baoyuan formula combined with rapid recovery path)and control group(36 cases)(simple rapid recovery path).The pain degree score,quality of life score,TCM syndrome score and laboratory indexes(serum total protein and hemoglobin)before and after treatment were collected and analyzed,and SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results: A total of 72 patients were included,including 36 patients in the observation group and 36 patients in the control group.During the whole study,no cases were dropped or lost to follow-up.There were no significant differences between the two groups in age,operation time,anesthesia method and operation method(P > 0.05),which was comparable.(1)The pain degree score of the two groups was observed and analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the score of Fuzhengbaoyuanfang group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The life quality scores of the two groups were observed and analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the score of Fuzhengbaoyuanfang group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were observed and analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of Fuzheng Baoyuan Fang group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)The serum total protein level of the two groups was observed and analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the serum total protein level of Fuzhengbaoyuanfang group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)The hemoglobin level of the two groups was observed and analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin level of Fuzhengbaoyuan formula group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: In the rehabilitation process of patients with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome after transabdominal gynecological abdominal surgery,Fuzheng Baoyuan formula has significant effects in reducing the pain degree of patients,improving the quality of life in the process of postoperative rehabilitation and TCM syndrome,promoting the recovery of serum total protein and hemoglobin,which can reduce the stress response of patients brought by surgery,and can better promote the rehabilitation of patients after surgery.
