Objective: This article aims to study the absorbable rib fracture locking traction fixation belt through in vitro mechanical experiments,fix the absorbable rib fracture locking traction fixation belt on the fracture model,and compare it with normal ribs and pure titanium claw-shaped rib plate.Mechanical experiments,through the experimental results,compared with the pure titanium claw-type rib bone plate in terms of mechanical properties when binding fractured ribs in vitro,to provide a scientific basis for future in vivo experiments.Methods: Take 40 cold and fresh complete lamb ribs,which have passed the quarantine inspection and have roughly the same shape of the ribs.They are randomly divided into two groups to make oblique fracture models,and the non-sexual three-point bending test group,non-sexual torsion test group,Bending test group,sexual torsion test group,fatigue test group.Among them,the absorbable rib fracture locking traction fixation belt(PCL group)and the normal intact rib group were subjected to non-sexual three-point bending test and sexual three-point bending test,and the rest of the experiments were absorbable rib fracture locking traction fixation belt(PCL group)and normal intact rib group.The pure titanium claw-shaped rib plate(Ti group)was performed,and the results of computer experiments were used for statistics.Results: In the three-point bending test,the stress of the PCL group was lower than the normal rib stress,but compared with the test results of the Ti group in the anti-torsion and anti-fatigue tests,the PCL group had better advantages.Conclusions: 1.The absorbable rib fracture locking traction fixation belt has a certain traction force,and can be effectively fixed on the ribs outside the body,and the binding effect can be improved.of stress.3.Under a certain range of torsional force,the anti-torsion effect of the absorbable rib fracture lock buckle traction fixation belt is better than that of the pure titanium claw-shaped rib plate 4.Compared with the pure titanium claw-shaped rib plate,the absorbable rib fracture lock The buckle traction fixation belt is more superior in the fatigue test.5.The absorbable rib fracture lock buckle traction fixation belt is more convenient to operate than the pure titanium claw-shaped rib plate,and is suitable for minimally invasive rib fracture surgery.
