Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy evaluation of Mongolian medicine Qiqirigan-5(Ⅱ)in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:A total of 66 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(chronic pulmonary disease with excessive type)were randomly divided into control group and observation group,33 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Mongolian medicine combined with decoction of Qiqirigan-5(Ⅱ).After 2 weeks of treatment, clinical symptom score,CAT score,m MRC score,6MWD and number of acute exacerbations were recorded before treatment,at 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively.Pulmonary function FEV1/FVC%,FEV1%pred indexes and safety indexes were recorded before treatment and at week 4.Results:1、Comparison of the total efficacy of the two groups The total effective rate of the control group was 87.88%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was93.94%,with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2、Comparison of symptoms between the two groups(1)Total scores of symptoms in the second and fourth weeks of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P < 0.01),but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)After treatment, the symptoms of expectoration and difficult cough in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05),3、CAT score,m MRC score and 6MWD in the two groups were significantly improved at week 2 and week 4 compared with before treatment(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4 、 The FEV1/FVC% value and FEV1%pred value of pulmonary function between the two groups at week 4 showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05).5 、 There was no significant difference in safety indexes between the two groups compared with before treatment(P >0.05).Conclusion:1 、 The efficacy of conventional Western medicine treatment and conventional Western medicine treatment for acute stage patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is comparable, both can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life.2、In the comparison of symptoms of Mongolian medicine between the two groups, the treatment of clinical symptoms such as expectoration and difficult cough by decoction of Mongolian medicine was better than that of western medicine.3、Comparing the two groups of safety indicators, there were no abnormal increases in blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function in the two groups, and no adverse reactions and acute aggravation occurred during the treatment, indicating that the injection of Mongolian medicine Qiqirigan-5-5(Ⅱ)is relatively safe and can be promoted in clinical use.
