| ObjectiveThis study aims to explore the relevant factors that affect the passing rate of clinical licensed physician qualification exams in medical colleges during teaching management and implementation, based on the results of binary logistic regression analysis.Based on the problems existing in the teaching implementation process, corresponding solutions are proposed to lay a theoretical foundation for improving the quality of clinical medicine education and teaching, and to provide scientific and objective basis for undergraduate clinical medicine teaching reform.MethodsThis study collected, organized, and established a research questionnaire on the relevant influencing factors that affect the pass rate of clinical licensed physician qualification exams through literature research;Incorporate the questionnaire collection results into SPSS data analysis software for single factor analysis, and incorporate statistically significant single factors into a binary logistic regression model.Combined with expert interview results, summarize the factors that affect the results of the clinical practitioner qualification exam from three levels: teacher "teaching",student "learning",and school organization "examination" and "training".ResultsThe effective recovery rate of the questionnaire in this study is 87.2%.The Cronbach’s Alpha value of the scale part is 0.837,the KMO value is 0.856,and the significance of Bartlett’s sphericity test is 0.000,indicating that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good. The log-likelihood value of binary logistic regression analysis is 245.389,the Cox&Snell R square and Nagelkerke R square are 0.512 and 0.684,respectively,and the Hosmer-Lemeshow value is 0.702.ConclusionsThe relevant factors that affect the passing rate of the clinical practitioner qualification exam are diverse, and different countries using different exam forms and evaluation focuses will all affect their exam results.Through investigation and research on the relevant influencing factors of the passing rate of clinical practicing physician qualification exams in Liaoning Province,it can be concluded that the time for students to prepare for the physician qualification exam is;Teachers adopt a teaching method that integrates multidisciplinary knowledge, specifies and explains in detail the content related to the physician qualification exam, and adopts teaching methods such as situational teaching, discussion based teaching, and clinical case discussion in the classroom; The number of times students participate in training and assessments related to the content of the physician qualification exam,as well as the opportunities to participate in clinical practice and clinical skill competitions, are related to the passing rate of the clinical practitioner qualification exam. |
