Clinical Observation Of Wet Compress Of Mahuang Tincture Combined With Oral Treatment Of Zhenbao Pills For Acute Synovitis Of Knee Joint Damp-heat Blocking Collaterals Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Mahuang tincture wet compress combined with Zhenbao pill in the treatment of acute knee joint synovitis with damp-heat blocking collaterals syndrome,evaluate its application value and safety,and provide a safe and effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of acute knee Joint synovitis with dampheat blocking collaterals syndrome.Methods: 60 patients with acute knee joint synovitis were divided into treatment group and control group at random,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Mahuang tincture wet compress combined with Zhenbao Pill oral treatment,while the control group was treated with Votalin ointment for external use combined with Aescuven forte oral treatment.After 2 weeks of treatment,the changes of VAS pain score,Lysholm knee score,and knee clinical sign score before and after treatment were recorded,To study the efficacy of Mahuang tincture wet compress combined with Zhenbao pill in the treatment of acute knee joint synovitis with damp-heat blocking collaterals syndrome,and record the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,and evaluate the drug safety.Result:1.There were no statistical significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,time of onset,affected side and occupation(P>0.05).2.VAS score: There was no statistical distinction between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the VAS of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Lysholm score: There was no statistical difference in Lysholm score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups were higher than before treatment,and the level of Lysholm score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Knee joint swelling score: there was no statistical difference between the two groups in Knee joint swelling score before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups were lower than before treatment,and the joint swelling score level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Knee joint range of motion score: There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the range of Knee joint motion score before treatment(P>0.05),and after treatment,the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the range of joint motion score(P>0.05),and the two groups had the same effect on improving the range of joint motion.6.Knee joint tenderness score: there was no statistical difference in the joint tenderness score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the joint tenderness score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The effect of relieving joint tenderness in the two groups was equivalent.7.Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes: the total symptomatic effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.Safety evaluation: patients in both groups did not experience any adverse drug reactions during the treatment process.Conclusion: Mahuang tincture wet compress combined with Zhenbao pill can effectively relieve the pain of acute synovitis of knee joint with damp-heat blocking collaterals syndrome patients,promote the absorption of fluid accumulation,eliminate swelling,improve joint function,and the drug is safe and worthy of clinical application.
