Treating White Hair Syndrome From The Liver-Investigation Of Emotional Factors Of White Hair In Middle-aged And Old Age And Observation Of The Effect Of "Black Hair Silk"

Purpose:(1)Theoretical discussion: Analysis and induction of emotion and personality temperament types and the pathogenesis of white hair disease,on this basis,put forward a new understanding of the pathogenesis of white hair disease.(2)Clinical trials: patients with white-hair disorder were divided into groups according to different emotional states to observe the clinical efficacy of external preparation black hair silk in treating patients with different psychological characteristics under different life events,so as to provide a new method for personalized treatment of middle-aged and elderly white-hair disorder.Method:(1)Theoretical discussion: By searching the literatures related to white-hair disorder and its pathogenesis in the past 30 years from CNKI,CBM,Pubmed,Wei Pu,Wanfang and other databases,the researches on white-hair disorder in the middle-aged and elderly were analyzed and summarized.According to the results of the study,a new understanding of different temperament types in the patients with hoary hair disorder was proposed.The safe and effective Chinese medicine extracts were used as a new method to stimulate tyrosinase activity(2)Clinical trials: In accordance with the principle of randomization,the use of pre-and post-control research method.Three months was defined as a course of treatment,during which 0 months,1 month,2 months and 3 months were taken respectively under the same equipment,Angle and lighting conditions to save data,so as to facilitate later comparison and data analysis.Since white-hair syndrome is mainly manifested externally and mainly by image change,the current clinical observation index is to observe hair color change by naked eye.Three researchers jointly observe and fill in the symptom rating sheet and take the average value.During the period,patients fill in the symptom rating sheet by themselves every month.If necessary,the number and morphology of pigmented cells in hair papilla and hair shaft of white hair were observed by electron microscope to facilitate the collation,recording and pretreatment of later data.Results:1.Theoretical discussion: A total of 46 Chinese literatures were included.According to the classification and induction of the pathogenesis mentioned in literature,among the 9 major pathogenesis,liver loss and insufficiency of kidney essence are closely related to the pathogenesis of white hair disease.It is believed that the main etiology and pathogenesis of white hair disease are poor mood,abnormal liver drainage(too much and not enough drainage),and insufficiency of kidney essence.This corresponds to the theory of liver storage of blood,kidney as the basis of acquired blood,and China in hair and color as the main black.To further support the "fill lean qi,tonifying blood and activating blood" the most comprehensive and clear research and status quo.There are many reasons for the occurrence of white hair disorder in modern studies on the pathogenesis of modern medicine in the literature.At present,except for normal physiological white hair,the main reasons for the formation of white hair are:(1)melanin formation disorder;(2)The number of hair melanocytes decreased or disappeared;(3)tyrosine in the body(TYR)inhibitors;(4)Decreased or disappeared tyrosine production;(5)Melanin from hair mother melanocyte to fur.According to which body fluid is dominant in human body,temperament can be divided into four basic types:polysanguine,choleric,mucous and melancholic.Dysplasia of plasmic cell migration.2.Clinical trial: Clinical trial: A total of 64 patients with white-hair disorder were included in the treatment.According to the scale assessment results,extroversion accounted for 39% and introversion accounted for 61%.The results showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the symptom score of the extrovert group was higher than that of the introvert group.logistic regression analysis showed no significant difference between extroverted and introverted temperament type and age and the change of white hair before and after observation(p>0.05).3.Intra-group comparison: Hair color,hair loss severity and subjective symptom score of oil secretion were significantly lower in the extroverted group and the introverted group than before treatment(p<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in improvement of pruritus,dandruff and hair growth between the two groups(p>0.05).4.Comparison between groups: There was statistical significance in improving the degree of white hair in the two groups after treatment(p<0.05).There were no significant differences in age(45±2)and systemic scores of accompanying symptoms(p>0.05).There was significant difference in subjective symptom score between the two groups(p<0.05).The outgoing group did better.Conclusion:(1)The physiological functions of liver main drainage and renal insufficiency are closely related to the incidence of white hair syndrome,in which liver main drainage regulates emotion and qi and blood;Kidney is the origin of congenital,the source of Qi and blood biochemistry,hair for blood is the main physiological mechanism affecting the onset of white hair disease.Hepatic insufficiency and renal insufficiency are the basic pathogenesis of white hair syndrome.The pathogenesis of modern medicine is the loss of pigment in hair shaft due to the progressive loss of tyrossinase activity in melanocytes.(2)The main personality characteristics of white-haired patients are extroverted bile,and extroverted patients are generally higher than introverted patients."Black hair silk" topical new preparation in the treatment of patients with white hair,improve the severity of white hair,gray degree,hair oil rate and other symptoms,signs indeed have its efficacy.
