| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule on mechanical thrombectomy in patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction of phlegm-heatfu excess type,and to analyze the action mechanism and safety of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule.Methods: 70 patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction treated in Weifang Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to October 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).The control group was treated with routine medicine after thrombectomy,and the experimental group was treated with Niuhuang Xifeng capsule on the basis of routine treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 30 days.The NIHSS score,modified Rankin score(m RS),serum S100 β protein level and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Safety analyses were performed on blood tests,liver and kidney work,and malignant events during drug administration were noted.All the data in this study are analyzed and processed by SPSS26.0 software.Results: 6 cases fell off during the study,3 cases in the experimental group and 3 cases in the control group,and 64 cases were finally observed.After 30 days of treatment,NIHSS score,m RS score,TCM syndrome score and serum S100 β protein level in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in safety indexes between the two groups(P > 0.05).The overall curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).During the whole clinical observation,there was no deterioration of liver and kidney function and early neurological function in both groups.Conclusion: Niuhuang Xifeng capsule is effective in removing thrombus in patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction of phlegm-heat-fu excess type,can promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the rate of good prognosis,and has high safety,so it has the value of further research and popularization. |
