Clinical Effect Of Ma Huang Tincture External Application Combined With Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation Lotion In The Treatment Of Achilles Tendinitis

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Ma Huang tincture external application combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation Lotion in the treatment of Achilles tendinitis,explore the effectiveness of mahuang tincture external application combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation Lotion in the treatment of Achilles tendinitis,the advantages of Achilles tendinitis in traditional Chinese medicine,and provide a new treatment method for the treatment of Achilles tendinitis in clinical practice.Methods:Case source: 60 patients with Achilles tendinitis were selected from the Orthop Emergency Outpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into three groups,group A for western medicine group,group B for TCM external group and group C group for TCM combined application.All three groups were treated for 6 weeks.Collection time: from October 2020 to October 2022.Group A was the group of futaline ointment as indicated;group B was the group with blood circulation and analgesic fumigation,and group C was the combination group of blood circulation and mahuang tincture.VAS index,AOFAS index and TCM syndrome efficacy index before and after treatment were compared.The obtained data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS25.0 software.To investigate the clinical efficacy of the three treatment modalities.Results: 1.In the clinical study,group A,B,C patients’ AOFAS score,VAS score,gender,age,statistical analysis,P>0.05,that is,no significant difference between the three groups before treatment,the three groups were comparable.2.Comparison among the three groups of Achilles tendinitis patients after treatment: the AOFAS scores of the three groups of Achilles tendinitis patients after drug intervention were analyzed by one-way ANOVA method in SPSS25.0,and P<0.05 was found,that was,there were statistical differences among the three groups.And through pairwise comparison,it was found that group C was compared with the other two groups,P<0.01,which was statistically significant.The VAS scores of the three groups of Achilles tendinitis patients after drug intervention were analyzed by rank sum test in SPSS25.0,and it was found that P<0.05,that was,there were statistical differences among the three groups.In the pairwise comparison,it was found that group C was compared with the other two groups,P<0.05,that is,group C was compared with group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).3.Comparison of the three groups of Achilles tendinitis patients after treatment and before treatment: the AOFAS scores of the three groups of Achilles tendinitis patients before and after drug intervention were analyzed by paired t test in SPSS25.0,and P<0.05 was found,that is,there were statistical differences before and after treatment in the three groups.The VAS scores of the three groups before and after treatment were analyzed by rank sum test in SPSS25.0,P<0.05,that was,there were statistical differences in the three groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.In terms of ankle joint improvement,all three treatment methods can promote the functional rehabilitation of patients with Achilles tendinitis.However,the three treatment methods have different degrees of improvement in ankle functional rehabilitation.The traditional Chinese medicine combined application group had the best effect on functional rehabilitation of patients,followed by fumigation and washing of Huoxue Zitong powder,and Furtalin ointment group had the worst effect.2.In terms of simple analgesic effect,all three treatment methods can relieve the pain of patients.However,the three treatment methods have different degrees of pain improvement.Among them,the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine has the best effect on pain relief.There is no significant difference in pain relief between the fumigation and washing group of Huoxue Zhitong powder and the futalin ointment group,that is,there is no significant difference in pain relief between the two groups for patients with Achilles tendinitis.3.In this study,the three treatment methods can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients to varying degrees,and no adverse phenomena occurred.Both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can be effective in the treatment of Achilles tendinitis.However,western medicine plays a certain role in pain relief in the treatment of patients with Achilles tendinitis,and it has a general effect on the improvement of ankle joint function in patients with Achilles tendinitis.Fumigation and washing of Huoxue Zhitong powder has a certain effect on pain relief and functional improvement in patients with Achilles tendinitis.The combined application of Ma Huang tincture and blood circulation and pain relief fumigant in the treatment of Achilles tendinitis can not only relieve pain but also effectively improve ankle joint function.To provide a safe,effective,non-invasive,low-cost option for the treatment of Achilles tendinitis without increasing the burden of additional medication.
