Optimization Design Of Internet Diagnosis And Treatment Service In Shanghai Children’s Medical Center

Under the background of normalization of epidemic situation,it is urgent to give full play to the advantages of Internet diagnosis and treatment and provide patients and their families with medical services covering the whole process of diagnosis and treatment.At present,the Internet medical services relying on offline physical hospitals are mainly used in two aspects:improving the efficiency and experience of offline medical services and expanding the traditional medical services.However,the Internet diagnosis and treatment process in many hospitals is inefficient,and the problem of poor medical experience is obvious.Taking the Internet Hospital of Shanghai Children’s Medical Center as an example,this paper studies how to expand the traditional service content and lengthen the outpatient service line.Firstly,the research background,research status at home and abroad and related theoretical concepts are expounded.Secondly,it investigates the related services of children’s internet diagnosis and treatment,draws a map of stakeholders,conducts in-depth interviews with the roles of the core circle,constructs typical user portraits of children,guardians and doctors,draws the user journey map and contact matrix of the three roles,and summarizes the key needs.Then,according to the obtained demand,the evaluation dimension of Internet diagnosis and treatment service quality of Shanghai Children’s Center is constructed.According to this dimension,the questionnaire was distributed to quantify the service quality of each service content of Shanghai Children’s Center Internet Hospital,and the key points in the whole service process were excavated.Put forward relevant strategies of service design,and re-plan and design the current internet hospital page of children’s center,so as to improve the service experience of patients’ internet treatment.
