Objective: Through data mining, the medical records of patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were studied retrospective, the plan and rules of the treatment of non-surgical KOA in our hospital were summarized and analyzed, and the efficacy was analyzed,in order to provide reference for inexperienced young doctors to develop KOA treatment plan. Methods: After consulting expert opinions, formulate reasonable inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, retrieval in the electronic medical record system from August 2015 to August 2020 in our hospital treatment, and the discharge of patients with first diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis, detailed extract the general situation, treatment measures details,Chinese medicine prescription data and standardized, statistics and input in Excel software.Through the application of Excel software for patients with general situation, treatment, treatment collocation,Chinese medicine prescription data frequency analysis, and the use of IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software for the treatment of patients,Chinese medicine prescription data correlation analysis, compared between our commonly used treatment collocation of efficacy, for our nonsurgical treatment of KOA,clinical thinking and curative effect of details.Summarize the valuable experience of non-surgical treatment of KOA in our hospital. Results: 1.General situation analysis: A total of 315 patients were included in this study, including 108 male patients(34%)and 207 female patients(66%).24(8%)aged 18-45,139(44%)aged 46-68,and 152(respectively)aged 69 and above(46%).2.Analysis of treatment measures: A total of 9 KOA non-surgical treatment measures(including western medicine, hot therapy, alcohol, moxibustion, etc.)were collected in this study, among which western medicine, hot therapy, alcohol and alcohol were the most commonly used treatment measures among patients of different genders and ages."Hot therapy-western medicine","falling wine-hot therapy","falling wine-Western medicine" are the core treatment measures of our hospital;the most commonly used treatment collocation method is "hot therapy + falling liquor + physiotherapy + western medicine".3.Analysis of TCM prescriptions: 126 TCM prescriptions were included in this study,Involving 163 traditional Chinese medicines,A total of 20 drug classes were included,Of these,28 drugs were used 20 times,According to the frequency of drug use, licorice 76 times,Angelica 71 times,Angelica 65 times,Chuanxiong 59 times, yam 48 times,Poria 47 times,Astragalus 46 times, cassia bark 44 times, white peony root 41 times, safflower 41 times, peach 41 times,39 times,Eucommia 39 times,37 times,36 times,36 times,35 times,34 times,34 times, incense 34 times, barbary wolfberry 32 times, tangerine peel 31 times,Dangshen 27 times, officinalis officinalis 23 times,23 times,23 times,22 times, jujube 20 times, and qiang 20 times.According to the number of traditional Chinese medicines from high to low,the number of traditional stasis drugs(15.94%),heat-clearing drugs(accounting for 8.70%),li drugs(6.04%),and dampness drugs(accounting for 5.70%).The most commonly used Chinese medicine collocation is "Chuanxiong-Angelica","Chuanxiong-licorice","Chuanxiong-Angelica-licorice".4.Efficacy analysis: used in this study frequency 10 treatment collocation has7,according to the treatment frequency from high to low is "hot therapy + fall, wine + physiotherapy + western medicine","hot therapy, fall wine + western medicine","hot therapy + western medicine","hot therapy + fall wine +western medicine","hot therapy + fall wine + moxibustion + western medicine","hot therapy + fall wine + acupoint application + physiotherapy +western medicine","hot therapy + physiotherapy + western medicine".Efficacy details were assessed separately for the respective patients. The treatment collocation method with the highest cure rate was "hot therapy +falling wine + western medicine + traditional Chinese medicine",which reached 85.7%.The most effective treatment and collocation method is "hot therapy + falling wine + moxibustion + western medicine",which is 100.0%.Conclusion(s):1.For non-surgical treated KOA patients in this study, significantly more female cases than men,and patients were mainly in the middle-aged and elderly group.2.Western medicine and hot therapy are the core treatment measures of KOA;"hot therapy-western medicine","falling wine-hot therapy","falling wine-western medicine" are the core treatment combination;"hot therapy +falling wine + physiotherapy + western medicine" is the most commonly used treatment combination.3.Some drugs, such as licorice,Angelica,Radix,Chuanxiong, yam,Poria,Astragalus,Astragalus, cassia bark, white peony root, safflower, peach fruit, jujube, qiang medicine, etc.,are the core medicines of KOA,tonifying deficiency, promoting blood circulation, removing stasis, clearing surface, removing wind and dampness, are the common drugs in the treatment of KOA;Chuanxiong-Angelica,Chuanxiong-licorice are the core drugs of Chinese medicine.4.The treatment collocation of "hot therapy + wine + western medicine +Chinese medicine" and "hot therapy + wine + moxibustion + western medicine" treatment effect is better, the curative effect is not simply with the superposition of the number of treatment measures.
