Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of Yupingfeng Powder Combined With Guizhi Decoction Combined With Montelukast Sodium In The Treatment Of Laryngeal Cough With Unstable Lung Wei

Objective: In this study,by comparing the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng powder combined with Guizhi decoction,montelukast sodium and the combination of two drugs in the treatment of laryngogenic cough of Feiwei unstable type,the feasibility and superiority of the combination of Chinese and western medicine were illustrated by clinical data.to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of laryngeal cough with unstable lung defense.Methods: In this study,60 patients with laryngeal cough were treated in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023.the patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(n = 20),western medicine group(n = 20)and combined group(n = 20).The patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with "Yupingfeng powder combined with Guizhi decoction",the patients in the western medicine group were treated with "montelukast sodium tablets",and the patients in the combined group were treated with "Yupingfeng powder plus Guizhi decoction plus montelukast sodium tablets" for 4 weeks.the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,signs and total scores of the patients before and after treatment were recorded,and the data were analyzed by statistical software.The total effective rate,intra-group score before and after treatment and post-treatment score between the three groups were compared.Results: A total of 60 cases were included in this study,including Chinese medicine group(n = 20),western medicine group(n = 20)and combined group(n = 20).1.Comparison of total effective rate: in the traditional Chinese medicine group,4 cases were cured,8 markedly effective,4 effective,4 ineffective,and the total clinical effective rate was 80.0%.In the western medicine group,3cases were cured,8 markedly effective,6 effective,3 ineffective,and the total clinical effective rate was 85.0%.The combined group was cured in 10 cases,markedly effective in 6 cases,effective in 3 cases,ineffective in 1 case,and the total clinical effective rate was 95.0%.The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was similar to that of the western medicine group(P > 0.05),and the total effective rate of the combined group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: both the traditional Chinese medicine group and the combination group could effectively improve pharyngeal itching,dry cough,dry pharynx,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,pharyngeal mucosal hyperemia and pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia(P < 0.05).Western medicine group could effectively improve pharyngeal itching,dry cough,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,pharyngeal mucosal congestion and pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia(P < 0.05),but could not improve pharyngeal dryness(P > 0.05).3.Comparison among the three groups after treatment: in the treatment of dry cough,hyperemia of pharyngeal mucosa and hyperplasia of pharyngeal lymphoid follicles,the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and combined group were similar(P > 0.05).In the treatment of pharynx itching,the curative effect of the western medicine group and the combination group was similar(P > 0.05),and was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group(P < 0.05).In the treatment of dry pharynx and foreign body sensation of pharynx,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine group and combination group was similar(P >0.05),and was better than that of western medicine group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The total effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine alone,and the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine alone is similar to that of western medicine alone.2.Both traditional Chinese medicine and combination can effectively improve pharynx itching,dry cough,dry pharynx,foreign body sensation of pharynx,hyperemia of pharyngeal mucosa and hyperplasia of pharyngeal lymphoid follicles.Western medicine can effectively improve pharyngeal itching,dry cough,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,pharyngeal mucosal congestion,pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia,but can not improve pharyngeal dryness.3.In the treatment of dry cough,hyperemia of pharyngeal mucosa and hyperplasia of pharyngeal lymphoid follicles,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine and combination of drugs is similar.In the treatment of pharynx itching,the efficacy of western medicine and combined medicine is similar,and both are better than traditional Chinese medicine.In the treatment of dry pharynx and foreign body sensation in pharynx,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and combined medicine is the same,and they are all better than western medicine.
