Clinical Efficacy Of Zhuang Medicine Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective:The clinical efficacy of Zhuang Yi acupuncture in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis compared with oral western drug celecoxib was observed,which provided a reference for the future clinical treatment of ankylosing spondylitis by Zhuang Medicine.Methods:The 60 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups by random number grouping,with 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 in the control group,mainly from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,from January 2022 to December 2022.The control group was treated with oral celecoxib capsules(Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,product batch EN2285))0.2g twice a day for 4 weeks.On the basis of oral western medicine,the treatment group adopted Zhuang Yi acupuncture treatment,acupuncture once a day,once every other day,acupuncture points were selected with reference to "Zhuang Medical Acupuncture" and the clinical experience of the instructor: 8 acupuncture points,9 acupoints,10 acupoints(TSBh1-8,9,10points(TSBh1-8,9,10,bilateral),6 points of the abdominal first ring(RFh1-6),6 points of the abdominal second ring(RFh2-6),6 points of the abdominal second ring(RFh2-6),8 points,11 points(DXh2-6,8,11,bilateral),bilateral inner pile(DNsz,bilateral),Bilateral lateral triple(DWSg,bilateral)bilateral dorsal ring 5 cavities(DZBh1-5,bilateral).The needle insertion sequence of Zhuang doctor’s "8" ring needle method was adopted,and the needle was left for 30 minutes and treated for 4 weeks.According to the above method,after 4 weeks of treatment,the adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment,the changes of VAS pain simulation score,BASDAI disease activity score,Schober test,occipital wall distance,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and rapid C-reactive protein(CRP)index were recorded.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data processing to observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuangyi acupuncture in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,and compared the clinical efficacy and differences between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:A total of 60 patients were included in this study,and during the treatment process,1 case was dropped in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group were shed,and finally 57 patients were included in the statistics.1.There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment general data and baseline data of various indicators between the two groups(P>0.05),which could be compared.2.Observation index: After treatment,the VAS pain simulation score,BASDAI score,Schober test,occipital wall distance,CRP index and ESR were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in both groups could reduce pain,improve spinal mobility,and reduce inflammatory indexes.3.After treatment,there was a statistically significant comparison of VAS pain simulation score,BASDAI score,Schober test,occipital wall distance,CRP index and ESR between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Clinical efficacy: 7 cases were effective in the treatment group,18 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was86.2%;The control group showed efficacy in 4 cases,effective in 13 cases,the total effective rate was 60.7%,and after testing,P=0.029<0.05,the overall efficacy difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Adverse reactions: During the treatment of this study, 4 cases in the control group had stomach pain and stomach bloating symptoms,and the symptoms gradually disappeared after the patient was instructed to extend the interval between medications.The incidence of adverse reactions was 14.29%,and no adverse reactions were seen in patients in the treatment group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0 by chi-square test(X2=4.456,P=0.035<0.05),and there was a significant statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,indicating that the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group.Conclusion:Zhuangyi acupuncture for ankylosing spondylitis can effectively relieve patients’ pain,improve spinal mobility and reduce inflammatory indicators,the effect is better than that of the control group,and there are no side effects,which can be applied clinically.
