| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Baduanjin on the rehabilitation of patients with adhesive shoulder bursitis after manual release,and provide reference and theoretical basis for the rehabilitation of patients with adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder after manual release.Methods: Select 60 patients with unilateral adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder admitted to the orthopedic department of the People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from October 2020 to January 2023,and then perform manual release surgery by doctors in the same group.Four patients fell off midway,and finally 56 patients were included.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 28 patients in each group.The control group used routine postoperative functional exercise on the basis of routine treatment,On the basis of routine treatment,the observation group was trained with Baduanjin skill.By comparing and analyzing the differences of VAS score,Constant-Murley score,active range of motion of shoulder joint and other indicators before and after the first,second,fourth and eighth week of operation between the two groups,the difference of clinical efficacy of Baduanjin combined with routine treatment and routine postoperative functional exercise combined with routine treatment on postoperative rehabilitation of adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder was evaluated.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in general baseline data and preoperative outcome indicators(P>0.05).The results of VAS score,CMS score and active range of motion of shoulder joint after intervention showed that the difference between the two groups at different time points was statistically significant(P<0.05),time and intervention measures affected each other(P<0.05),and the difference between the intervention measures was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups at different time points was statistically significant(P<0.05),The longer the intervention time,the lower the VAS score,the higher the CMS score and the active range of motion of the shoulder joint in both groups.The difference of VAS score of shoulder joint between the two groups at 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the mean difference between the observation group and the control group(I-J)was negative.The difference of shoulder joint CMS score between the two groups at 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after intervention was statistically significant(P.There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the activity of lateral lateral rotation and lateral internal rotation of the shoulder joint at 8 weeks after intervention(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group at 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after intervention(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions and serious complications in both groups.Conclusion: Compared with routine postoperative functional exercise combined with routine treatment,Baduanjin combined with routine treatment has a better effect on relieving pain,improving the function of shoulder joint,increasing the flexion and lifting of shoulder joint and abducting and lifting of shoulder joint after manual release of adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder.It has a better effect in the short-term(4 weeks after operation)of lateral lateral rotation and lateral rotation,while there is no significant difference in the long-term(8 weeks after operation)effect;The two postoperative rehabilitation therapies are safe. |
