| Objective:This study was conducted to screen,collect,record,and summarize the data of prescriptions for the treatment of fractures in the representative works of wound medicine from Tang to Qing dynasties,and to analyze the data by applying data mining techniques to derive the frequency of use of drugs and the four qi,five tastes,and the attribution of drugs,the common combinations of drugs,and the clustering of new prescriptions,and to discuss and analyze them in the hope of providing an objective basis for the application of Chinese medicine for the treatment of fractures in daily clinical practice with We hope to provide an objective basis for the application of TCM in the treatment of fractures in daily clinical practice.Methods:The study selected prescriptions for the treatment of fractures from five periods of representative works related to wound medicine in the Tang,Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing dynasties,and used descriptive statistical analysis and data mining analysis methods to analyze the frequency of drugs and the four qi,five taste,attribution,association rule,and cluster analyses of the drugs included in the study.Results:1.Total number of prescriptions and their composition:300prescriptions,383 herbs,2972 drug frequencies,the top 10 herbs are Angelica sinensis(166),Boswellin(93),Myrrh(90),Cinnamon(90),Chuanxiong(81),Angelica dahurica(64),Red peony(61),Natural copper(54),Boneset(51),Chuan Wu(49).The frequency of warmth is 1439,the frequency of flatness is607,the frequency of coldness is 599,the frequency of heat is 236,the frequency of coolness is 83;the frequency of pungency is 1699,the frequency of bitterness is 1287,the frequency of sweetness is 1152,the frequency of saltiness is 257,the frequency of sourness is 158,the frequency of astringency is 104,and the frequency of lightness is 43.The frequency of light taste is 43;the frequency of liver meridian is 1944,the frequency of spleen meridian is1439,the frequency of heart meridian is 1152,the frequency of kidney meridian is 1027,the frequency of stomach meridian is 676,the frequency of lung meridian is 625,the frequency of large intestine meridian is 331,the frequency of bladder meridian is 178,the frequency of pericardium meridian is 148,the frequency of bile meridian is 147,the frequency of small intestine meridian is43,the frequency of Sanjiao meridian is 37.3.Commonly used drugs Pairs and clustered formulae: The top 8 pairs of two herbal medicines in terms of support were Cinnamon-Angelica,Myrrh-Frankincense,Chuanxiong-Angelica,Angelica dahurica-Angelica,Radix Paeoniae-Angelica,Radix et Rhizoma-Angelica,Blood-Frankincense,Licorice-Angelica;the top three herbal medicine group was Cinnamon-Chuanxiong-Angelica.A total of five clustered prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.From the use of medicines,the prescriptions used by doctors of various dynasties to treat fracture diseases are mainly warm medicines,with pungent,bitter and sweet flavors,mostly entering the liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian,stomach meridian and lung meridian;high-frequency medicines include angelica,frankincense,myrrh,cinnamon,Chuanxiong,dahurica and red peony,mostly of the type of Chinese medicine that moves qi and blood,reduces swelling and pain.2.From the grouping of prescriptions,the two flavors The analysis of drug association rules showed that the commonly used drug pairs were cinnamon-angelica,myrrh-frankincense,Chuanxiong-angelica,dahurica-angelica,red peony-angelica,Shengdihuang-angelica,blood dried-frankincense,licorice-angelica;the most commonly used three drug groups were cinnamon-Chuanxiong-angelica;five groups of clustered formulae could be obtained,namely: C1:frankincense,myrrh,blood dried,natural copper,musk;C2: Chuanwu,Hosiery,Niubizi,Boneset and Bai Shao;C3: Qiang Wu,Dou Wu,Bai Zhi,Red Shao;C4: Angelica,Chuanxiong,Cinnamon,Radix et Rhizoma,Radix et Rhizoma;C5: Licorice,Pepper. |
