| Objective: By observing the clinical symptoms and related laboratory tests of patients with hyperuricemia treated with Zhuang Medicine Baijin soup and Zhuang Medicine fragrant moxibustion,the efficacy and safety of the treatment were analysed to provide new ideas for the internal and external use of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of hyperuricemia.Methods: Ninety patients who met the criteria were included and randomly divided into treatment group(Zhuang Medicine Baijin soup with Zhuang Medicine fragrant moxibustion),control group A(Zhuang Medicine Baijin soup)and control group B(Zhuang Medicine fragrant moxibustion),with 30 cases in each group.All three groups received the basic treatment of a low purine,low fat diet,appropriate exercise and drinking at least 2000 ml of water per day.The duration of treatment for the three groups was 14 days.The TCM symptom score,TCM symptom efficacy,blood uric acid levels and safety scores of the three groups of patients were recorded,observed,analysed and summarised before and after treatment to assess efficacy and safety.Results:(1)General comparison: Comparison of gender and age at baseline for all subjects in the three groups did not show statistical differences and were comparable(P>0.05).(2)TCM symptom efficacy: The overall effective rate after treatment was 96.67% in the treatment group,76.67% in control group A and 50.00% in control group B.It showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group A and control group B(P<0.05).(3)TCM symptom score: After treatment,there was a improvement in the TCM symptom score in all three groups compared to the pre-treatment period(P<0.05).Better symptom improvement in the treatment group compared to control group A and control group B(P<0.05).The degree of improvement in symptoms was higher in control group A than in control group B(P<0.05).(4)Blood uric acid level: All three groups showed improvement in blood uric acid levels after treatment compared to pre-treatment(P<0.05).In the treatment group,blood uric acid levels decreased to a greater extent than in control group A and control group B(P<0.05).(5)Uric acid lowering effect: The overall efficacy rate after treatment in the three groups was 90.00% in the treatment group,86.67% in the control group A and 56.67% in the control group B.The treatment group was more effective in reducing uric acid than control group B(P<0.05),no significant difference in uric acid-lowering efficacy between treatment and control group A(P>0.05).Control group A has better uric acid lowering efficacy than control group B(P<0.05).(6)Security analysis: There were not found to be abnormal in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram of patients in the three groups before and after treatment,indicating that the medication and treatment were safe without significant side effects.Conclusion: Clinical studies have confirmed that Zhuang Medicine Baijin soup with Zhuang Medicine fragrant moxibustion,simple oral Zhuang Medicine Baijin soup or simple Zhuang Medicine fragrant moxibustion are effective in the treatment of hyperuricemia patients.Among them,the combination of Zhuang Medicine Baijin soup and Zhuang Medicine fragrant moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperuricemia even more,reduce blood uric acid levels and improve the efficacy of the treatment.The combination of Zhuang Medicine Baijin soup and Zhuang Medicine fragrant moxibustion are effective in the treatment of hyperuricemia,with no obvious side effects,safe and reliable,and suitable for widespread clinical use and promotion. |
