| Objective:This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of abdominal acupuncture combined with cerebral circulatory electrically stimulated apparatus in the treatment of insomnia after ischemic stroke,so as to provide a safe,feasible and effective treatment for patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke.Methods: According to the random number method,70 patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).Among them,2 patients did not complete the study and fell off,eventually into treatment group and control group 34 cases each.There were 20 males and 14 females in the treatment group,with an average age of 68.09±6.50 years and an average course of 32.47±2.94 days.In the control group,there were 19 males and 15 females,with an average age of 69.26±6.47 years and an average course of 32.15±2.40 days.The patients in the two groups were treated with basic treatment.The control group was treated with oral alprazolam tablets.The observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with cerebral circulatory electrically stimulated apparatus on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Before and after 4 weeks of treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI),the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and the Stroke Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)were used for related scores,and their adverse reactions were counted.Statistical methods were used to analyze the data,and then the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated,and further discussion and result analysis were made.Results:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and other general data between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)Intra-group comparison : The PSQI score,NIHSS score and SS-QOL score of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)Comparison between groups : PSQI score,NIHSS score and SS-QOL score of the two groups before treatment were compared between groups,and the results showed no statistical difference(P > 0.05),which was comparable.The PSQI score,NIHSS score and SS-QOL score of the two groups after treatment were compared between the two groups.The improvement rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups : After treatment,in the control group,3 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 64.7 %.In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,4cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.2 %.The difference was statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion(s):(1)The treatment of insomnia after ischemic stroke with abdominal acupuncture combined with cerebral circulatory electrically stimulated apparatus can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the clinical effect is better than control group.(2)The two groups of treatment programs help to improve their daily living ability,improve the recovery of neurological deficits,and improve the quality of life of patients.(3)There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment of patients with abdominal acupuncture combined with cerebral circulatory electrically stimulated apparatus.The clinical efficacy was definite.The safety indexes such as life signs were all within the normal range,safe and reliable,and worthy of promotion. |
