| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Banfenghe formula of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of cold-dampness type Gun Ke(rheumatoid arthritis),and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Banfenghe formula in the treatment of Roke,so as to provide a new clinical basis and experimental basis for the treatment of Banfenghe formula.Methods:A total of 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the rheumatology outpatient department of Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital.According to the random number table method,the patients in control group and observation group were divided into 35 cases.The control group was given Methotrexate tablets(15mg/week)+ WANGBI tablets(6g/day).The observation group was treated with Methotrexate tablets(15mg/week)+ Banfenghe formula(pair/day).Recipe composition:Banfenghe20g,Jiulongteng20 g,Dafangai10g,Lu Lu Tong15 g,Guo Ganglong15 g,Kaifeng Teng 15 g,fried rigor 10 g,fried bee house 10 g,Wuwei Teng 15 g,Diao Tuao 15 g and other no-decoction agents,one dose a day,taken twice in the morning and evening,a course of 8 weeks.The number of joint tenderness,swelling and pain,visual analogue scale(VAS),health assessment questionnaire(HAQ),DAS28 score of disease activity,TCM syndrome score,diagnosis of disease efficacy,laboratory index ESR,C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF)were observed and recorded before treatment and 8weeks after treatment,respectively.Adverse events occurred and experimental data were analyzed.Results: Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,joint tenderness,joint swelling,joint pain VAS score,HAQ score,DAS28 score,TCM syndrome score and laboratory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.Clinical observation indicators: Compared with the data of the two groups after treatment,the number of joint swelling and joint tenderness in the two groups were decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the number of joint swelling and joint tenderness in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Evaluation indexes of disease efficacy: the pain VAS score,HAQ score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of disease efficacy: after 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group(85%)was higher than that of the control group(71%)(P<0.05);It showed that the total curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Comparison of DAS28 scores of disease activity: after treatment,the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Comparison of laboratory indexes(ESR,CRP,RF): After treatment,all indexes of the two groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01),indicating that Banfenghe formula can effectively reduce inflammation indexes.Adverse reactions: During treatment,there were 2 cases of mild adverse reactions in the observation group,manifested as gastrointestinal reactions after medication,spontaneous remission without treatment,with an incidence of5.7%;in the control group,2 cases of mild nausea,poor appetite,spontaneous remission without medication,1 moderate adverse reaction,elevation of grass transaminase,transaminase returned to normal after oral liver protection drugs at 8.5%.There was no significant difference in adverse effects between the observed and control group.(P>0.05)。 It showed that the overall adverse effects of the two groups were comparable and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was low.Conclusion:(1)Banfenghe formula can reduce joint pain and swelling in RA patients,relieve clinical symptoms,improve RA condition and improve quality of life;(2)Banfenghe formula can reduce inflammatory index and reduce disease activity.(3)The safety of half-maple Dutch side is good,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment is low. |
