Objective: Through the study of Liuzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparations hemiplegia oral fluid in clinical treatment of ischemic stroke after blood stasis syndrome limb movement dysfunction effect observation, reveal the hemiplegic oral fluid and vascular endothelial growth factor(Vascular Endothelial Grow the Factor,VEGF)correlation, for patients with safe and economical and effective treatment, for TCM treatment of ischemic stroke limb movement dysfunction provides a new scientific research ideas. Methods: After ischemic stroke after blood stasis syndrome type unilateral limb movement dysfunction changes in patients as the research object, cases from Liuzhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital neurology and rehabilitation from January 2022 to February 2023 outpatient and hospitalized patients, will meet the diagnosis, inclusion criteria of 62 cases will be divided into 2 groups, the control group to the corresponding symptomatic support treatment with rehabilitation training and basic nursing treatment, treatment group on the basis of the control group oral hemiplegia oral liquid,a 2,3 times a day, after meals,30 days.Basic data were collected by observing the NIHSS score,NIHSS score,MAS score, simplified FMA motor function score,MBI score, and treated vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level before and after treatment, and monitoring electrocardiogram, biochemical panel,CT /MRI,to explore the efficacy and mechanism of hemiplegia oral fluid after ischemic stroke. All clinical data were used to evaluate the efficacy using SPSS 25.0 statistical analysis. Results: 1.Data analysis of gender, age and disease duration of treatment and control groups indicated that gender, age and disease course(p>0.05),the baseline data were balanced between the two groups;the simplified FMA SMF,modified barthel score(MBI),stroke patient motor score(MAS)and VE GF concentration were not significant(p > 0.05),and the clinical observation index before treatment.2.The NIHSS scores were compared between the treatment and control group,Post-treatment score was significantly lower than the pre-treatment scores,The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),Suggested that the improvement of disability after ischemic stroke in both groups,Compared between the simplified FMA motor function score, stroke patient motor score(MAS),modified barthel score(MBI)treatment group and the control group,Post-treatment score was significantly higher than the pre-treatment scores,The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),It suggests that the degree of limb disorder, function function and independent living ability after ischemic stroke were improved after treatment; The VEGF concentrations were compared between the two groups before and after intra-group treatment,All the concentrations were increased after treatment,The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),Suggesting that both treatment groups could promote the expression of VEGF.3.Post-treatment scores were compared between the NIHSS score treatment and control groups,The treatment group score was significantly lower than that of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),It suggested that the treatment group improved thedisability after ischemic stroke better than the control group,Comparing the simplified FMA motor function score, stroke patient motor score(MAS),modified barthel score(MBI),and the control group,Treatment group scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),It is suggested that the treatment group is better to improve the degree of limb impairment after ischemic stroke than the control group; After treatment between VEGF concentration treatment and control groups,After the treatment, the concentration in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),It suggests that the treatment group promoted better expression of VEGF than the control group.4.In terms of the efficacy grade of NIHSS scores in the two groups, the total response rate of the treatment group accounted for 96.67%,while the total response rate of the control group accounted for 50%.The total response rate of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a significant advantage over the control group.Conclusions:1.Taking in-hospital hemiplegia oral liquid of Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine can promote the rehabilitation of limb motor dysfunction after ischemic stroke and improve the independent living ability of patients.2.In-hospital treatment of hemiplegia oral fluid in Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to improve the limb motor dysfunction of blood stasis after ischemic stroke may be related to the regulation of VEGF expression in patients. The specific mechanism of action is not clear, which needs to be studied in the next step.
