Research On The Syndrome And Application Rules Of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction Based On Data Mining

Objective:By using the data mining method and combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to analyze the symptoms,signs,prescriptions and medicines of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction,and explore the regularity of the prescriptions and syndromes of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction,so as to provide an objective basis for its clinical application.Methods:This study takes "Qingzao Jiufei Decoction" as the subject word or key word,then searches respectively the clinical application reports and books of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction in databases such as CNKI,VIP Wanfang,and Readshow,etc.According to the established standards,manually screen medical records and 335 medical cases were finally included in this study.By Selecting and extracting the medical record content as the data source,This study established the medical record data warehouse of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction.The research get the frequency analysis of patients’ gender,age,onset season,symptoms,physical signs and drugs,as well as the association rules and system cluster analysis of symptoms and symptoms,drugs and drugs,diseases and drugs,etc.by using SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25.0.Results:1.Basic information:A total of 335 cases of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction were included in this project,and 318 cases recorded the gender of patients in detail,including 179 male patients,accounting for 56%.139 female patients,accounting for 44%.Among these medical records,there are 317 cases with age records.The youngest is only 1 year old,and the oldest is 91 years old.The onset age is mainly middle-aged people between 41 and 65 years old.239 medical records have time records.Qingzao Jiufei Decoction is mainly used in autumn.2.Disease types:Qingzao Jiufei Decoction is used to treat 69 kinds of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine and 88 kinds of diseases in western medicine.In terms of traditional Chinese medicine,most of the diseases are internal diseases of lung system,such as cough,asthma syndrome,lung flaccidity and other diseases.The disease spectrum of western medicine mainly includes bronchiectasis,chronic bronchitis,upper respiratory tract infection,lobar pneumonia,radiation pneumonia,lung cancer and other respiratory diseases.3.Syndrome characteristics:There are 258 symptoms and signs with 3,429 times of occurrence.These symptoms include dry cough,constipation,dry mouth,dry throat,cough,fever,thirst,dry nose,shortness of breath,dizziness,upset,sticky sputum,chest distension,insomnia,mental fatigue,weight loss,yellow urine,etc.The tongue images with higher frequency are red tongue,thin tongue coating,yellow tongue coating,dry tongue,less tongue coating,white tongue coating and light tongue;The pulse with higher frequency are pulse number,pulse length,pulse string,pulse float,pulse deficiency,etc.4.Medication characteristics:There are 208 kinds of compatible drugs of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction,of which the most is tonic drugs,37 kinds in total,with 510 frequency.Other drugs include antipyretics,expectorants,cough relievers,antipyretics,laxatives,and hemostatic drugs,etc.5.Related information:When two symptoms are related,seventy-nine rules are obtained here.Two hundred and twenty-six rules are obtained here when three symptoms are related and When four symptoms are associated,ninety-nine rules are obtained.At the same time,A total of 106 rules were obtained when two drugs were associated.when three drugs were associated,four hundred and forty-four rules were obtained A total of 612 rules were obtained when four drugs were associated.When five drugs are associated,a total of three hundred and ninety-four rules are obtained.6.System clustering:There are five syndrome clusters,including thin and yellow fur;Stringing pulse and white fur;Pulse number,fine pulse,dry tongue,red tongue,little fur,dry cough,dry mouth,dry nose,dry throat;Stupid,insomnia,thirst,upset,constipation,Cough,sticky sputum,dyspnea,chest distension.Common drugs were clustered into six groups,which including polygonatum odoratum,trichosanthin and anemarrhena asphodeloides,radix pseudostellariae,fructus schisandrae,radix rehmanniae,radix scrophulariae,lily,peony peel,dendrobium,american ginseng,hemp seed,platycodon grandiflorum,fritillaria pallidum,salvia miltiorrhiza,black sesame,reed root,mulberry white,ground bone bark,scutellaria baicalensis,gualou,nansha ginseng,sichuan fritillaria.Conclusion:1.Essential information:According to the statistics of this study,the onset season of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction is mainly in autumn,and the onset age is concentrated in middle-aged people,male is higher than female,and the proportion of male and female is significantly different.2.Main syndromes:The symptoms are mainly dry cough,constipation,dry mouth,dry throat,cough,fever,thirst,dry nose,shortness of breath,dizziness,upset,sticky sputum,chest distension,insomnia.The main tongue images are:red tongue,thin coating,yellow coating,dry tongue,little coating,white coating.Main pulse conditions include:pulse number,pulse length and pulse chord.3.Indicative diseases:This prescription is mainly used to treat lung diseases,ear,nose and throat diseases,and pediatric diseases,which includes cough,blood syndrome,asthma syndrome,cancer disease,infantile cough,acute laryngalgia,flaccidity syndrome,lung flaccidity,constipation,allergic rhinitis and other diseases.In addition,the application of ear,nose and throat diseases and pediatric febrile diseases is also a hot trend worthy of attention.4.Prescription:The use of drugs is basically based on the comprehensive compatibility of the original prescription,and the flexible use of the prescription is mostly around the pathogenesis.Ginseng in Qingzao Jiufei Decoction is least used.Among the compatible drugs,the frequency of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and adenophora tetraphylla is the highest.The flavored drugs are classified as tonic drugs,antipyretic drugs,expectorant,cough and asthma relieving drugs,antipyretic drugs,purgative drugs,hemostatic drugs,which can strengthen the clinical efficacy of the prescription and broaden its clinical application scope.5.Association rules:According to the theoretical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,the symptom correlation of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction which has the characteristics of syndrome from solid to empty,and mixed with solid and empty,reflects the pathogenesis of "dryness","heat" and "deficiency",and has the syndrome characteristics of "deficiency" and "deficiency”.Drugs and drugs have the characteristics of "moistening lung dryness",”clearing lung heat","lowering lung qi",and "dispersing dryness and heat",and the use of various drugs is closely related to the pathogenesis of syndromes.The correlation between drugs and symptoms shows that the correlation between each drug and a single syndrome is not strong.We should pay attention to the compatibility of the whole prescription to give full play to the overall efficacy.6.Systematic clustering:According to this study,Qingzao Jiufei Decoction can not only treat the syndrome of warm dryness invading lung,but also treat the syndrome of heart,lung and stomach yin deficiency.The commonly used flavored drugs are mainly composed of yin tonic drugs,cough and expectorant anti asthmatic drugs,and antipyretic drugs.For instance,Dendrobium,American ginseng and hemp seed can be used for treatment when the dryness of the lung is caused by warming and the deficiency of heart and stomach yin.Warm-dryness invades the lung and is associated with lung-yin deficiency syndrome,which can be treated with Platycodon grandiflorum,Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Pseudostellariae or Trichosanthes kirilowii,Fritillaria chuanensis,Radix Pseudostellariae,etc.
