Objective:1.To investigate the cross-sectional injury of high-level swimmers in colleges and universities.Comprehensively understand the distribution characteristics and causes of sports injuries of swimmers of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,so as to help athletes reduce the occurrence of injuries.2.Explore the causes of shoulder joint injuries with a high incidence of injury and find out the relevant influencing factors. The relevant factors that cause shoulder joint injury are analyzed from the perspectives of medical treatment, physical fitness and special training, and then provide a reliable and scientific reference for the training of college swimming teams. Methods:In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, testing and interview are used to investigate 212 high-level swimming athletes in universities. The relationship between athletes’ grade, years of exercise, incidence, position, type, degree and swimming style, and the related factors of shoulder joint injury were analyzed.Results:(1)The overall sample size of sports injuries was 481 times, the incidence of injuries was 80.19%,and the parts of the injuries were 41.63%in descending order:shoulder joint, other parts(lumbar spine, back, elbow joint)21.63%,knee joint 20.82%,ankle joint 15.92%;(2)The incidence of injuries of swimmers of different sports levels was tested chi-square cross-test,and the chi-square value was 19.566,p=0.000<0.01,the results showed that there was a very significant difference between exercise grade and injury incidence;(3)The chi-square cross test was carried out on the injury incidence of swimmers with different training years, and the chi-square value was 20.242,p=0.000<0.01,and the results showed that there was a very significant difference between the training years and the injury rate;(4)The chi-square cross test was carried out on the injury site and four swimming styles, and the results showed that the four swimming styles showed a very significant difference between the four swimming styles and shoulder joint injuries, with a chi-square value of 17.951 and a P<0.01.with the highest proportion of shoulder joint selection in freestyle;a very significant difference with knee injury, with a chi-square value of 19.805 and P<0.01.and the highest proportion of knee joint selection in breaststroke;no significant difference with ankle injury, with a chi-square value of 0.658.P>0.05;there was no significant difference from other injuries,chi-square value 3.030,P>0.05.Conclusions:(1)Sports injuries among high-level swimmers in colleges and universities are widespread. The degree of injury is usually moderate, and there is pain during training.Injuries during training are more common, mostly during onshore physical periods.(2)The longer the training years of high-level swimmers in colleges and universities, the higher the incidence of sports injuries; The higher the exercise level.the higher the incidence of injury.(3)Different main items are related to sports injuries.Freestyle athletes are more likely to have shoulder injuries, and breaststroke athletes are more likely to have knee injuries.(4)Based on the case analysis of specific samples,it was found through functional motor screening that athletes with shoulder joint injuries had relatively poor thoracic spine and shoulder joint flexibility and core rotation resistance.
