Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,global public health events occur frequently,which seriously threaten human security.Space disinfection is one of the most effective means in the field of public health.The existing space disinfection methods mainly include ultraviolet disinfection,high-voltage electrostatic adsorption technology,ozone disinfection and so on.These disinfection methods have certain limitations and are not completely suitable for disinfection of public spaces.Chlorine dioxide,as a new disinfectant,is recommended by The Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO)and the World Health Organization(WHO),which has a wide range of sterilization.Chlorine dioxide has excellent sterilization performance and plays an important role in many fields,such as disaster prevention and emergency disinfection,medical and health disinfection,water source disinfection and so on.Usually,chlorine dioxide is used as liquid disinfectant for disinfection,which may cause corrosion damage to the disinfection materials in the process of use,and the diffusion is poor,so it is easy to remain.The gaseous chlorine dioxide has good penetration and diffusion ability.It has been used in the disinfection of fruits and vegetables,biological safety cabinets,medical devices and many other objects at home and abroad,and has achieved good results.However,most of the research direction is the evaluation of disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide,while there are few researches on the generation technology,key parameters and reactant ratio of gaseous chlorine dioxide.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a relevant platform for the generation of gaseous chlorine dioxide,and conduct in-depth research on the generation methods of gaseous chlorine dioxide,so as to clarify the influence of reactant ratio on the relevant parameters of gaseous chlorine dioxide.The comprehensive experimental platform can monitor the change of the parameters of chlorine dioxide in real time and record the data in the disinfection chamber accurately.In this study,sodium chlorite as the main raw material,citric acid,sodium bisulfate,glucose lactone and other acid activators were selected to carry out relevant experimental research in the experimental cabin.The results show that sodium citrate and sodium bisulfate have good acid activation ability and can completely activate sodium chlorite.Adding a small amount of sodium ascorbate to the acid activator can improve the relative humidity in the disinfection environment,which is an important condition affecting the disinfection efficiency.In this study,Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores were selected as biological indicators.The results showed that the system had good sterilization effect.As for the long-term effect of gaseous chlorine dioxide on key equipment,the gas-solid gaseous chlorine dioxide generation method was selected in this study,and the high efficiency air filter was selected as the experimental object for long-term fumigation of gaseous chlorine dioxide.Chlorine dioxide sterilizer was used to monitor the concentration change of chlorine dioxide in high efficiency air filtration unit,and the filtration efficiency was detected by particle counter.The results showed that the filtration efficiency of 0.3 μm particles did not change obviously under 150 hours of fumigation.
