Study On The Practice Of Combining Medical Care With Elderly Care In Kaiyuan City

Since 2011,the aging of Chinese population has shown a trend of large scale,deep degree,high speed and high dependency ratio.Facing the aging of the elderly,empty-nest and other problems,there is an increasing demand for medical services and old-age care services.Under the requirements of the age of active aging,the mode of combining medical care and old-age care can integrate medical service resources and old-age service resources,which has obvious advantages in the face of the current pension dilemma.However,the development of Chinese medical care combined pension mode started relatively late,the whole service system is relatively tender,the academic research is biased to the comprehensive development research,and the practice research with specific cities as cases is relatively few.Therefore,this paper takes Kaiyuan City as the research object,from the main concept,system mechanism,supply and demand,fund security and other aspects of the combination of medical care for the elderly mode to conduct a systematic study.Based on the theory of welfare pluralism,hierarchy of needs theory and public goods theory,this paper mainly adopts the method of investigation,case study and comparative study to study the mode of combining medical care with old-age care in Kaiyuan City.According to the research,Kaiyuan City mainly promoted the combination of medical care and old-age care from the aspects of establishing the coordination mechanism,actively raising funds,strengthening the training of talents and so on,forming the expansion type,conversion type,trusteeship type,positioning type of medical care and old-age care combination model,but there are still problems and difficulties such as the outdated concept of the main body,the imperfect system and mechanism,the prominent contradiction between supply and demand,and the shortcomings of investment and financing.Therefore,we should learn from domestic and foreign excellent experience,and promote the high-quality development of the combination of medical care and old-age care,improve the sense of gain and happiness of the elderly,and form a positive response to the aging population pattern by strengthening public opinion to guide the change of ideas,deepening the reform of the combination of medical care and old-age care system,strengthening the training and construction of talent team,improving the investment and financing system and other measures.
