Medical and health care is closely related to the health and happiness of the people.It is an issue of concern to the Party and the people and a major livelihood project.The in-depth reform of the medical and health system will promote the development of medical and health services,better meet the people’s demand for medical and health services,and promote the construction of "healthy China".Rural public health is related to the improvement of farmers’ life quality and plays an important role in uniting rural forces and maintaining rural economic development.Under the guidance of the Healthy China strategy,the CPC and the government have attached great importance to the development of rural health undertakings,which has significantly improved the health of rural residents.With the improvement of the function of community health service centers in counties,townships and villages,it shows that China is gradually transforming from disease prevention to life cycle management,making health become the main melody of The Times.This paper takes village A as the research object,investigates the construction and business development of health centers in village A,and discusses the dilemma analysis and countermeasures of the promotion of basic public health services in rural areas.In this paper,literature research method was used to collect,classify,sort out and study literatures through articles related to hospital culture theories,so as to have A certain understanding of the promotion of basic public health services in A village.According to the experience summarized in the work practice,this paper provides theoretical basis and practical support for the writing.Field investigation method.In this paper,field investigation method is adopted to carry out in-depth investigation and promote the collection of data on basic public health services in village A.Through the study found that the current public health service system in A village there are still many problems,such as shortage of resources,rural hospitals,inadequate infrastructure,public health knowledge propaganda does not reach the designated position,lack of professional medical personnel,insufficient public emergency preplan,and so on,restricts the sustainable development of the undertaking of public health services,health rights and interests of farmers not guaranteed.The deeper reasons behind the problems were analyzed,and feasible measures were put forward,including increasing government investment,improving health infrastructure construction,strengthening the popularization of public health knowledge,enhancing the construction of public health system talents,constructing preventive public health system,and establishing emergency plans.
