| Main purpose:Explore the postoperative effect of K-wire closing reduction and simply splint fixation treatment of distal radial fracture(DRFS)AO-A type.Research method:By consulting the materials of patients from January 2018 to August 2022 in the affiliated hospital of Ji Lin University, total of 80 cases that comply with the standards were selected and divided into two groups which are 40 cases of pure splint fixed group and 40 cases of the K-wire fixation. The 80 patients conducted a 6-month postoperative follow-up in way of an emergency and outpatient review. The indexes observed in the follow-up included the time of fracture healing after operation, the imaging findings at 0,0.5,1.5 and 6 months after operation.Compare the changes of palm angle, ulnar deviation angle, radius shortening,Dienst wrist joint function score, and the incidence of postoperative complications of fractures,Through comprehensive comparison of the recovery of the two groups of patients after surgery, systematically elaborate which operation is more suitable.Outcome:Through statistical comparative analysis, the two groups of patients in the comparison of postoperative duration,postoperative(0 days,0.5 months,1.5 months,6 months)metacarpal angle, ulnar deviation angle, radius shortening changes. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of the excellent and good rate of wrist joint function score at 6 months after operation, both can reach the good functional score standard, with no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the clinical healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).In the comparison of postoperative complications,1 case of delayed fracture healing,1 case of pressure sore and blister occurred in the splint external fixation group, and 3 cases of needle passage redness and mild infection occurred in the Kirschner wire group after operation. After reasonable intervention, the ideal effect was achieved, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Closed reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire can obtain better stability for AO and A type distal radius fractures. Both clinical healing time and long-term wrist joint Dienst function score can achieve ideal results. Both have certain complications. |
