Intervention Study Of Real-time Beatalk Therapy In Children With Functional Articulation Disorder

Functional Articulation Disorder(FAD)refers to a common disease in which there have no obvious abnormalities and organic lesions,normal hearing and intelligence,but still have sound errors and become a fixed state,and the clarity of speech is significantly lower than that of normal people.FAD is characterized by phonem pronunciation,mainly manifested as consonant errors,substitution,distortion and omission.The purpose of this study is to develop its treatment strategy for children with functional articulation in Mandarin Chinese system through clinical experiments,and verify it by clinical experiments,aiming to effectively improve the speech clarity of children with functional articulation.Study 1 was to explore the effect of rhythmic and corresponding rhythmic Beat gestures of Beatalk on speech clarity.Experiment 1 is the influence of different rhythmic types of Beatalk on speech accessibility.Through Beatalk speech stimulation with 2Beat rhythmic,4 better rhythmic and 8Beat rhythmic,explore the best Beatalk rhythmic type suitable for improving speech clarity in patients with functional articulation The results showed that speech clarity improved better after4 Beat than at 2Beat and 8Beat.Experiment 2 was the influence of corresponding rhythmic Beat gestures on speech clarity.patients explored the influence of corresponding rhythmic Beat gestures on speech clarity in functional articulation through 4 best Beat gestures and speech stimulation under 4Beat Bgestures.The results showed a greater improvement in speech clarity in the Beat-hand gesture groupStudy 2 Based on the above results,we proposed real-time Beatalk therapy for children with functional articulation focusing on the training of consonant phonemes in such patients.Based on the real-time Beatalk treatment of specific 4Beat rhythm type,corresponding rhythmic Beat gestures were added to improve the speech clarity.The results showed a significantly improved speech clarity in patients treated with real-time Beatalk therapy.The innovation of this study is to propose a real-time Beatalk therapy strategy for patients with functional articulation The key points of strategy are(1)Take 4 Beat rhythm as the rhythm of speech training;(2)Corresponding rhythmic rhythm gestures are also added in the training process;(3)According to the patient’s configuration error performance,Combined with the sound effects of the Beatalk,Choose the appropriate consonant sound potential for training;(4)Follow the prescribed training framework,namely,(1)relaxation training,Including breathing relaxation training and mouth relaxation training;(2)4 acquisition of Beat rhythm and corresponding Beat gestures and Beatalk pronunciation;(3)Selection and training of the target sound,and the use of acquired knots and corresponding Beat gestures and Beatalk pronunciation mode for consonant phonemic training.Real-time Beatalk therapy treatment strategy is based on specific rhythm and Beat gestures and silent blasting pronunciation mode,helping functional articulation children to effectively improve their speech clarity,and better communication.
