The Clinical Application Of Internal Drainage Using Flexible Ureteroscope In Patients With Parapelvic Renal Cysts

Objective: To study the clinical application of internal drainage using flexible ureteroscope in patients with parapelvic renal cysts,and to compare the safety and effectiveness of different surgical methods in the treatment of parapelvic renal cysts.Methods: The data of 50 patients who underwent internal drainage using flexible ureteroscope in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from January 2012 to October 2021 were collected retrospectively.The clinical data were analyzed to explore the safety and effectiveness of internal drainage using flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of parapelvic renal cysts;databases were searched to screen out the relevant literature,and the network meta-analysis was performed to compare the treatment of various surgical methods of parapelvic renal cysts.Results: Retrospective analysis of the data showed that ureteroscopic incision and drainage in the treatment of pararenal cyst has the advantages of less intraoperative bleeding,high overall effective rate,less complications,short postoperative hospital stay,short operation time,and low short-term and long-term recurrence rate.The results of mesh metaanalysis showed that: in the comparison of the curative effects of open parapelvic cyst resection,endoscopic parapelvic cyst unroofing(intraperitoneal approach and retroperitoneal approach),percutaneous parapelvic cyst incision and ureteroscopic parapelvic cyst incision and drainage,the total effective rate of retroperitoneal approach endoscopic parapelvic cyst unroofing was the highest,and the total effective rate of ureteroscopic incision and drainage was the second,The incidence of complications was the lowest;The total effective rate of percutaneous paracephalic cyst incision was the lowest and the probability of complications was the highest;The results of descriptive analysis showed that the intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospital stay and operation time of ureteroscopic incision and drainage were better than those of the other four methods.Conclusion: Ureteroscopic incision and drainage is a safe and effective surgical method for patients with pararenal cyst.It can effectively deal with the cyst and reduce the incidence of complications.It is a reliable method for the treatment of pararenal cyst in clinic.
