The rapid development of Internet technology has benefited the general public.Epidemic verification is an important preventive measure that can help us detect diseases,reduce and control the spread of diseases effectively.The regular epidemic inspection can effectively prevent diseases and protect our health.As a hot topic,epidemic checking using internet technology to improve verification efficiency has become a current development trend.The inspection platform developed by the Epidemic Prevention and Control Command Center in collaboration with multiple departments such as public security,human resources,social security and telecommunications can process a massive amount of information related to people involved in epidemic.With the help of system,we can do inspections in a timely and efficient manner by telephone.In fact,from the perspective of traffic controllers,there are still aspects where the platform can be optimized,such as command dispatch,address resolution dispatch,risk estimation,etc.Therefore,I have designed and implemented a new epidemic risk level verification system.Firstly,I will introduce some theories such as epidemic detection systems,address matching techniques and risking models.Then,I will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current platform and fully investigates and understands the actual needs of flow investigators.Finally,I will introduce how to design and implement this system.The risk level verification system of this article is based on data flow,address resolution algorithms and a front-end and back-end separation architecture.Relying on software engineering and database technology,it achieves the goal of top-down instruction distribution through organizational management,permission management,instruction information collection and control management.Among them,the address will be resolved and distributed automaticly during the distribution process.During this paper,I proposed and implemented a geocoding-inverse geocoding-regular expressio-algorithm aimed to achieve standardization of text address information.By the way,using dictionary management with flexible conditions in order to pre-evaluate the risk level of perple involved in epidemic can improve the efficiency of instruction flow and enhance the work efficiency of flow investigators.Due to the unique nature of the original platform,I was unable to obtain its development permission.So I designed and developed a risk level inspection system for people involved in epidemic by using the VUE: Antdesign framework,Spring Boot framework and My Batis Plus framework which can encapsulate My SQL.After conducting a requirement analysis of the entire process of instruction flow in the system,I designed the address matching function and risk estimation function based on business requirements.The flow dispatcher dispatched instruction information with one click according to their own administrative level.Street and town community staff could export the list for management.The purpose of this system is to assist investigators in conducting epidemic to check the risk registration of people involved in epidemic.Unlike other epidemic prevention systems,this system designed from the perspective of flow investigators and aims to improve the efficiency of flow investigations.After testing,this system can achieve the design goals.By risk estimating,this system can distribute the address quickly through address resolution.Meanwhile,it can also verify and control the people involved in epidemic which provides convenient services for flow investigators.
