| With the spread of the COVID-19,achieving scientific prevention and control of infectious diseases has become a research hotspot.Home isolation creates a closed environment artificially to prevent the flow of infected people,cut off their contact with healthy people,and reduce the spread of the virus,which has become the key to the victory of epidemic prevention and control.However,at present,prevention and control personnel rely too much on manual labor for the management and health monitoring of quarantined persons,resulting in the backwardness of home quarantine monitoring efficiency.For this reason,this paper sets up a corresponding monitoring module for the early clinical symptoms of patients with infectious diseases,uses portable wearable devices as a health monitoring method,and uses the Internet of Things technology to design a home isolation health monitoring system,which can improve home isolation health monitoring.efficiency,saving labor costs.The home isolation health monitoring system consists of a wristband,One NET cloud platform,Mysql cloud database,Web management terminal,and mobile phone terminal.The body temperature signal is collected by the DS18B20 temperature sensor.The heart rate and blood oxygen signals of the isolated person are collected by the MAX30102 heart rate and blood oxygen sensor.The ADXL345 acceleration sensor is responsible for monitoring the fallen state of the isolator.Then,the signal collected by the sensor and the IP address of the bracelet is sent to the One NET cloud platform through the ESP8266 Wi Fi module and stored in the Mysql cloud database.The cloud platform determines the home isolation location of the quarantined person by receiving the IP address and whether the IP address changes.And combined with the actual situation,a scientific multi-module joint alarm program is established to realize intelligent alarm.The CDC and other administrators can interact with data on the web and mobile terminals through the network and the cloud platform.The system takes the heart rate and blood oxygen sensor MAX30102 as the core,de-noises the collected PPG signal by wavelet transform,and then performs the cluster analysis of the waveform through the DBK-Means++ algorithm proposed in this paper,which improves the subsequent calculation of heart rate and blood oxygen.Efficiency and Precision.Through the web and mobile terminals,functions such as personal information viewing,personnel management,medical advice,health parameter display,abnormal alarm,and historical record viewing are realized.Finally,the multi-situation simulation test was carried out by people of different ages wearing the bracelet,and the accuracy of the system’s data collection and alarm,the functions of the Web and mobile terminals were verified.From this,it can be concluded that the home isolation health monitoring system can realize the intelligent management of the secondary staff and the home quarantined by the CDC,which has certain reference significance for the path of epidemic prevention and control to become scientific. |
