Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bone peptide injection combined with diclofenac sodium on senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods:104 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound bone peptide injection. The study group was treated with diclofenac sodium tablets on the basis of the control group. The treatment period of both groups was 6 weeks;General clinical data of the two groups of patients were collected, including visual analog score(VAS score),knee osteoarthritis index(WOMAC score),knee joint function(HSS score),quality of life(ADL score),and serum inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-1β、TNF-α),The difference of levels of bone and joint characteristic factors(OPG,VEGF,MMP-3);The adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were counted; The clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the average age, sex,BMI index, average course of disease and K-L grade of the above general sociological data(P>0.05);VAS score,WOMAC score,HSS score, inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-1β、TNF-α)There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in levels of bone and joint factors(OPG,VEGF,MMP-3)and ADL scores;VAS score,WOMAC score, inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-1β、TNF-α)、VEGF and MMP-3 decreased significantly,HSS score,OPG level and ADL score increased significantly, and the above trend became obvious with the extension of treatment time, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);VAS score,WOMAC score, inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-1β、TNF-α)、The levels of VEGF and MMP-3 were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the HSS score,OPG level and ADL score were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups. In the control group, there were 2 cases of geothermal heat and 1 case of decreased appetite; In the study group,2 patients had skin rashes and 1 patient had decreased appetite; The patients in both groups were able to relieve themselves quickly after adverse reactions, with no statistical significance(P>0.05);In the control group, there were 23 patients with obvious effect,18 patients with effective effect and11 patients with ineffective effect. The overall effective rate was 78.85%;In the study group, there were 30 patients with obvious effect,19 patients with effect, and 3 patients with no effect. The overall effective rate was 94.23%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the bone peptide injection group, the combined treatment of bone peptide injection and diclofenac sodium can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with knee osteoarthritis, improve the quality of life and knee joint performance of patients, reduce the degree of pain and inflammatory reaction of the body, and promote the rehabilitation of knee joints, which is worthy of further clinical research.
