Clinical Observation Of Compound Huanglian Ejiao Granules Combined With Flupentixol Melitracen Tablets In The Treatment Of Insomnia Caused By Anxiety(Yin Deficiency And Fire-Prosperous Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Huanglian ass hide glue Granules combined with droperithiaton and melitracen tablets in the treatment of anxiety insomnia(yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type).Methods:Sixty patients with anxiety insomnia(Yin deficiency and fire-exuberant type)who received treatment in the Department of Encephalopathy of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flupentixol melitracen tablets alone,and the treatment group was treated with compound Huanglian ejiao granules.Both groups were treated for two weeks.SPIEGEL,HAMA,PSQI and TCM syndrome Scale were used to observe the score changes before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Statistical software SPSS26.0 was selected for data analysis and processing.Results:1.The general data of patients,including age,sex,course of disease,education level and nature of labor,were analyzed.Among them,the patients were more college level,mainly brainpower,and the majority of middle-aged and elderly people and women were sick.According to statistical analysis,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in age,sex,course of disease and nature of labor.2.The SPIEGEL,HAMA and PSQI scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased after 2 weeks of treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.3.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients decreased,indicating that both methods are effective for anxiety insomnia.After data analysis,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was more significant and better than the control group;The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.4.Applying the PSQI scale score reduction rate to evaluate the clinical efficacy of patients,it is concluded that both treatments have therapeutic effects on anxiety insomnia,but the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.00%,which is superior to 70.00% of the control group,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is more significant;Through the analysis of clinical efficacy of the two groups,the result was P=0.008<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.Safety: In the treatment group,leukopenia occurred in 1 case during the study,which returned to normal after review;In the course of treatment with simple Western medicine,one patient had stomach fullness and discomfort.The patient was instructed to take medicine 30 minutes after meals,and one patient had drowsiness.The patient changed the medicine to take one tablet in the morning,and all the symptoms disappeared after clinical observation.Conclusion:The combination of Compound Huanglian ass hide glue Granules and Flupentixton Meritracin Tablets in the treatment of anxiety insomnia(yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type)can significantly alleviate anxiety,improve sleep depth and TCM symptoms,and improve sleep quality.The comprehensive effect is better than western medicine alone,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
