| Objective: With the deepening of aging in our country,the party and state attach great importance to the pension problem,and mutual assistance pension has become one of the basic strategies to positively deal with the aging of the population,and is an important measure to meet the people’s growing demand for high-quality pension.Therefore,this paper uses social capital theory,hierarchy of needs theory,health ecology theory and other relevant theories to analyze the practical effect and action path of mutual pension on the health of the elderly,in order to explore China’s new pension model and promote the construction of pension service system.Methods: On the basis of literature research,several factors affecting the health of the elderly were formed into questionnaires and distributed to the elderly in the elderly mutual aid community.Sample data were collected through field investigation.The single factor variance method was used to compare and analyze the elderly who participated in the mutual care with different frequency,and to evaluate the health effect of the mutual care group.The structural equation model is used to construct the action path model of mutual pension on the health of the elderly,and explore the action path and influence degree of mutual pension on the health of the elderly.Results: The overall health status of the elderly who participated in the mutual support for the aged was good.With the increase of the frequency of the elderly individuals participating in the mutual support activities,their health status,social support and life satisfaction were gradually improved.The elderly with high frequency of mutual assistance were better than the elderly with low frequency of mutual assistance in terms of health status,social support and life satisfaction.Mutual endowment has a chain action path on the health status of the elderly.First,mutual endowment has a direct impact on the health of the elderly,and the direct effect value is 0.38.Second,the mutual pension indirectly improves the health status of the elderly through the social support of the elderly.The indirect effect value is 0.133,and the total effect value of the mutual pension on the health status of the elderly is 0.513.Conclusion: As a supplement to the existing pension system,mutual pension is the "third way" besides family pension and social pension,which conforms to the local feelings of mutual support and helps to improve the health condition of the elderly.Mutual pension mode should be promoted.First of all,the government actively explores the mutual pension model;Secondly,we should improve the mutual endowment service system and strengthen the mutual endowment service ability.In addition,the health management mode of PDCA cycle with mutual assistance characteristics is constructed.Finally,create a family-community-society atmosphere of filial piety for the elderly,and build a mutual support community for the elderly. |
