Effect Of Moxibustion Combined With Medicine On Clinical Efficacy And Platelet Activation Of Active Phase Rheumatoid Arthritis With Blood Stasis An Obstruction

Purpose:This study mainly compares the effectiveness of moxibustion combined with western medicine and simple oral western medicinein the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and the effect on platelet activation by grouping;By comparing the changes of platelet activation index CD62 P and CD63 in the blood of the two groups of sufferer,the mechanism of moxibustion treatment of RA was discussed.Method:According to the inclusion criteria,52 RA sufferer were finally selected,2 sufferer came off during the treatment,and 50 sufferer were actually observed.The sufferer were divided by two groups by table of random digits,which were defined as observation group and treatment group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group took leflunomide orally,20mg/time,One day at a time;The treatment group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the observation group.Specific operation of moxibustion:moxibustion on "Zusanli","Shenshu" and "Blood Sea",taking points on both sides,moxibustion on each point for 30 minutes,treatment for 6 times,rest for 1 day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.Before treatment and after 2 courses of testee,the number of juncture pres-sure pain,arthrocele,VAS score,DAS28 score,TCM syndrome score,ESR,HS-CRP,RF,PLT,platelet activation index(CD62p,CD63)levels of the subjects were measured and recorded,and the effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:(1)Through SPSS data analysis,the treatment group and the observation group were compared in terms of age,course of disease,pres-sure pain,arthrocele,VAS score,DAS28 score,TCM syndrome score,ESR,hs-CRP,RF,PLT and platelet activation index(CD62p,CD63)before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)The number of juncture pres-sure pain,arthrocele,VAS score,DAS28 score,TCM syndrome score,ESR,hs-CRP,RF,PLT,and platelet activation index(CD62p,CD63)of the two groups improved significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the VAS score,DAS28 score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,ESR,and hs CRP indicators in the treatment group improved better than those in the observation group(P<0.05),while the number of joint tenderness,joint swelling,RF,PLT,platelet activation indicators(CD62p,CD63)improved better than those in the observation group(P<0.01).(3)After therapy,the actovoty ratio was 92.0% in the treatment group and 68.0% in the observation group.Conclusion:1.Both moxibustion combined with western medicine and oral western medicine alone can effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis,and moxibustion combined with western medicine is better than oral western medicine alone2.The mechanism of moxibustion in treating RA may be related to reducing inflammatory reaction and inhibiting platelet activation.3.Moxibustion can be safely applied to RA sufferer,and there is no adverse reaction during the test.
