| With the development of the times and the progress of society,people attach great importance to health with a qualitative leap.Health care industry has always been an important part of China’s national economy,public hospitals as the main body of the medical service system in our country,and to continue with improving the basic medical and health service fairness accessibility,prevention and control COVID-19 major outbreaks,such as security played an important role in people’s life safety and body health,hospital and middle management cadres as the mainstay.It is necessary to undertake important responsibilities in the mission,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of hospital cadres and the quality of middle-level management cadres.Strengthening the construction of hospital cadres and improving the quality of cadres has become the focus of high-quality development of the hospital.In this thesis,hospital A is taken as the research object,and on the basis of previous studies on competency,the competency elements needed by middle-level management cadres in hospital A are explored,and a competency model for cadres suitable for hospital A is constructed.Through literature analysis and behavioral event interview,the competency dictionary is compiled after induction and summary.In the form of questionnaire survey,data is collected for analysis and verification and the competency model of middle-level cadres in hospital A are finally constructed.Finally,the competency model is applied to practical work: one is to optimize the details on the basis of the traditional cadre selection process.Secondly,combining with the competency model,formulate the cadre daily assessment and scoring system and regularly assess the cadres on the post. |
