Study On Recombinant Expression And Immune Activity Of Art La 7 Pollen Allergen Of Artemisia Lavandulifolia

Objective: There are many patients with hay fever in summer and autumn in the north of China.A large number of epidemiological investigations and allergen testing results show that the allergen is wild mugwort pollen.Based on the previous project’s research foundation,continue to study the allergen components of wild mugwort pollenand further complete the diagnosis and treatment of hay fever in northern China.Methods: During the epidemic period of Artemisia hay fever,the pollen of Artemisia wormwood was collected through field investigation,and the total RNA of the pollen was extracted for transcriptome sequencing.Alt la 7 nucleic acid sequence was used to synthesize Mugwort pollen recombinant allergen through gene synthesis techology.Results: The transcriptome of the pollen of Artemisia vulgaris was successfully sequenced,and the database was successfully constructed.The c DNA sequence of Art la7 was obtained.We successfully obtained the immunologically active Mugwort Art la 7allergen through protein recombination technology and protein purification technology.A large amount of purified recombiant antigen of Art la 7 allergen was obtained To prepare for accurate diagnosis and immunotherapy of patients with Artemisia hay fever.Conclusion: Many countries are studing Atermisia hay fever globally,and the umber of patients with Artemisia hay fever in northern China is increasing year by year.We need to find the allergic pollen category of Artemisia genus.The existing allergic pollen sequence of Artemisia is the Artemisia annua sequence.Through field research and a large number of works of literature,it is known that the allergic pollen in north China is also Artemisia annua.Therefore,it is necessary to further clarify the sensitizing allergen components,carry out precise prevention and control,bring accurate diagnosis to local hay fever patients,and prepare for the immunotherapy of hay fever.
