| Objective: To compare the differences between patients with generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)and healthy controls in terms of mindfulness, attentional awareness, experiential avoidance, and cognitive fusion;Explore the relationship between mindful attentional awareness and experiential avoidance, cognitive convergence and generalized anxiety levels;Based on the theory of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, the intervention efficacy of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy(MBCT)in patients with generalized anxiety disorder was examined. Methods : A total of 53 patients with generalized anxiety disorder and 43 healthy controls who met the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria were enrolled. The Generalized Anxiety Scale(GAD-7),the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire 2nd Edition(AAQ-II),the Cognitive Integration Questionnaire(CFQ),and the Mindfulness Attentional Awareness Scale(MAAS)were used for the questionnaire.SPSS 22.0 was used for independent sample T test,Pearson correlation analysis, and PROCESS model 4 was used for simple mediation analysis to compare the differences in scale scores between the two groups, and explore the relationship between mindfulness attentional awareness, cognitive fusion and experiential avoidance in patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Subsequently, the research paradigm of pre-test and post-test was adopted, and the patients with generalized anxiety disorder were divided into two groups, one group psychological counseling for mindfulness-based cognitive therapy(23 cases)for 8 weeks, and the other group for 8 weeks of health education for health education(23 cases). The above scale tests were performed before and after the intervention; An independent sample T-test was used to compare the differences between the two groups before the intervention. The paired-sample T-test and repeated measure ANOVA were used to compare the differences before and after the intervention between the two groups, and the intervention efficacy of mindfulnessbased cognitive therapy on mindfulness-minded attention, empirical avoidance, and cognitive fusion in patients with generalized anxiety disorder was evaluated. Results :(1)The difference between the scores of MAAS,AQ-II and CFQ scales between the generalized anxiety disorder group and the healthy control group was statistically significant,t(94)=7.49,-10.07,-8.55,P < 0.01.(2)The GAD-7 scale score was positively correlated with the AAQ-II scale score and CFQ scale score; The GAD-7 scale score was negatively correlated with the MAAS scale score. The MAAS scale score was negatively correlated with the AAQ-II scale score and CFQ scale score.(3)MAAS had a partial mediating effect in the effect of CFQ on GAD-7(b=-0.31,-0.13;P<0.01),mediating effect accounted for 22%;MAAS had a partial mediating effect in the effect of AAQ-II on GAD-7(b=-0.44,-0.16;P <0.01),mediating effect accounted for 22%.(4)Time factors(pre-and post-test)and group factors(mindfulness-based cognitive therapy group and health education group)were used as independent variables, and the scores of the Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale,Cognitive Integration Questionnaire, and Acceptance and Action Version II were used as dependent variables, and repeated measures of ANOVA were performed. The results showed that the main effects of the time factors of the Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale score, the score of the second edition of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire and the score of the Cognitive Integration Questionnaire were significant,F(1.44)=8.49,17.5,40.1,p<0.01,η2=0.12,0.13,0.48,and the interaction effect between the time factors and groups of the scores of the Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale, the score of the second edition of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire, and the score of the Cognitive Integration Questionnaire were significant,F(1.44)=12.2,12.4,4.36,p<0.01,η2=0.22、0.22、0.09。Conclusion : Patients with generalized anxiety disorder have a low level of mindfulness and attentional awareness, cognitive integration and high levels of empirical avoidance, which are one of the important factors for maintaining anxiety symptoms.Mindful mindfulness awareness mediates between experiential avoidance, cognitive fusion, and generalized anxiety levels; This paper suggests that improving the level of mindfulness attention awareness in patients with generalized anxiety disorder may improve the level of empirical avoidance and cognitive fusion in patients with generalized anxiety disorder, thereby improving anxiety symptoms in patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy(MBCT)group psychological counseling has a certain effect on improving mindfulness attention, experiential avoidance, and cognitive integration in patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Health education has a certain effect on improving cognitive integration in patients with generalized anxiety. |
