| Objective:To explore the role of generalized trust in female adolescent depression patients with parental 、 peer attachment and depression.To explore the effect of interpersonal psychological group therapy on attachment,generalized trust and depression of female adolescent patients with depression.Methods:Revised Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment(IPPA-R)、The Inclusive General Trust Scale(IGTS)and Children’s Depression Inventory(CDI)were used to test73 female adolescent depression patients in Hangzhou Seventh People’s Hospital.Pearson correlation analysis were performed by SPSS 25.0 software,and mediating effect analysis was conducted by Bootstrap method.30 subjects who met the criteria for admission were randomly divided into interpersonal psychotherapy group and routine therapy group,and were retested two weeks later to explore the therapeutic effect of interpersonal psychotherapy group therapy.Results:(1)There was significantly negative correlation between parental,peer attachment and depression(r=-0.46~-0.45,p<0.01),significantly positive correlation between generalized trust and parental and peer attachment(r=0.32~0.40,p<0.01)and significantly negative correlation between generalized trust and depression(r=-0.53,p<0.01).(2)The result showed that the direct effect of parental and peer attachment on depression was significant(β =-0.14 、-0.14 、-0.11,95%CI=-0.25~-0.05 、-0.24~-0.03 、95%CI=-0.20~-0.01).generalized trust was the mediation between parental 、 peer attachment and mental health depression(β=-0.08、-0.07、-0.07;95%CI=-0.14~-0.02、-0.14~-0.01、-0.15~-0.02).(3)After the intervention of interpersonal psychological group therapy,the experimental group has significantly improved its attachment,generalized trust and depression,and all the curative effects are significantly better than those of the conventional treatment group.Conclusion : Firstly,female adolescent depression patient’s parental and peer attachment can not only directly affect depression,but also indirectly affect mental health through the mediating role of generalized trust.Secondly,Interpersonal psychological group is effective in improving attachment,generalized trust and depression of female adolescent patients with depression. |
