| Objective:To observe the changes of urine protein and other laboratory parameters and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment of diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅳ(spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome)with Yang-Shen-Yu-Tang decoction,so as to judge the clinical efficacy of Yang-Shen-Yu-Tang decoction in treating diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅳ(spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome)and to confirm the effectiveness of Yang-Shen-Yu-Tang decoction in treating diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅳ(spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome).Methods:In this study,a total of 64 patients with diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅳ(spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group(32 cases in each)according to the order of visits.The control group received Shen-Kang-Ning capsule orally while the basic treatment was performed.The treatment group received the Yang-Shen-Yu-Tang decoction orally while receiving the basic therapy.Two groups of patients were set every 4 weeks as a course of treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after a total of 2 courses of treatment.Before and after the treatment,the patients’ 24-hour urine protein quantification,urine microalbumin,serum albumin,blood glucose index,renal function index,blood lipid index,as well as the improvement of clinical symptoms such as TCM symptoms score and the Western medicine efficacy were observed.Finally,the data obtained were analyzed and compared using statistical methods to investigate the efficacy of Yang-Shen-Yu-Tang decoction in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅳ(spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome).Results:1.The 24-hour urine protein quantification,urine microalbumin,serum albumin,blood glucose index,renal function index,and blood lipid index in both groups improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.After the treatment,the individual points and total points of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the clinical symptoms also improved significantly,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).In terms of the effective rate of TCM symptoms,the treatment group was 90.0%and the control group was 76.7%,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011<0.05).3.In terms of the overall Western medicine efficacy rate,the treatment group was 90.0%and the control group was 70.0%,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.029<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yang-Shen-Yu-Tang decoction can significantly improve TCM symptoms in patients with diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅳ(spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome).2.Yang-Shen-Yu-Tang decoction significantly improves 24h-Upro,U-Malb,Alb,blood glucose indexes(FBG,2h PBG,HbA1c),renal function indexes(eGFR,Scr,BUN,UA),blood lipid indexes(TG,TC,LDL-C,Apo-B,Lpa)and other related laboratory indexes in patients with diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅳ(spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome).3.Yang-Shen-Yu-Tang decoction is more effective than Shen-Kang-Ning capsule in the treatment of patients with diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅳ(spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome). |
