| ObjectiveBy conducting a questionnaire survey on clinical data related to platinum-resistant and platinum-sensitive patients after ovarian cancer surgery,summarizing and analyzing the two groups of data,the relationship between the constitution of TCM,age,clinical stage,pathological type and other factors of platinum-resistant patients was studied.Exploring the correlation between constitution of TCM and platinum-resistance of ovarian cancer,can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of platinum-resistance of ovarian cancer by traditional Chinese medicine.MethodIn this study,60 patients with platinum-resistant and 60 patients with platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer who met the inclusion criteria after operation in the gynecological ward of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University(Heilongjiang Tumor Hospital)from December 2021 to December 2022 were investigated with general conditions and constitution of TCM.General conditions included name,age,BMI,educational level,occupation,marital status,age of menarche,pregnancy history,clinical stage,pathological type,laboratory test data such as CA125 level,etc.The data obtained from the investigation were integrated and processed using excel tables,and the SPSS 26.0 software was used for data statistics and analysis.The measurement data conforming to normal distribution were expressed as mean ± standard deviation,and the comparison of two groups of measurement data was analyzed by the t test of two independent samples.Count data using frequency and percentage,said comparison between groups using chi-square and Z test analysis;Multiple logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors affecting platinum resistance of ovarian cancer.All test results were statistically significant with P<0.05.Result1.After analyzing the constitutions of 60 patients with platinum-resistance,it was found that the distribution characteristics of constitution of TCM were:Yang deficiency quality>Qi deficiency quality>blood sputum quality>Yin deficiency quality>characteristic quality>Qi stagnation quality,phlegm stagnation quality,damp-heat quality>peace quality.Yang deficiency quality mainly accounted for 33.33%(20 cases),Qi deficiency quality followed by 21.67%(13 cases),blood sputum quality accounted for 18.33%(11 cases),the other body types were Yin deficiency quality 10.00%(6 cases),characteristic quality 5.00%(3 cases),qi stagnation quality,phlegm stagnation quality and damp-heat quality 3.33%(2 cases).The peace quality accounted for 1.67%(1 case).2.After analyzing the constitutions of 60 patients with platinum-sensitivity,it was found that the distribution characteristics of constitution of TCM were as follows:Qi deficiency quality>Yang deficiency quality>Yin deficiency quality>phlegm stagnation quality,damp-heat quality>Qi stagnation quality,blood sputum quality>characteristic quality and peace quality.Qi deficiency quality accounted for 38.33%(23 cases),followed by Yang deficiency quality 16.67%(10 cases),Yin deficiency quality 15.00%(9 cases),the other types of constitution were phlegm stagnation quality,damp-heat quality 6.67%(4 cases),Qi-stagnation quality,blood sputum quality 5.00%(3 cases),characteristic quality,peace quality 3.33%(2 cases).3.After single factor analysis of the constitution types of platinum-resistant and platinum-sensitive patients,it was found that the Qi deficiency quality of platinum-sensitive patients was significantly higher than that of platinum-resistant patients,while the Yang deficiency quality and blood sputum quality of platinum-resistant patients were significantly higher than that of platinum-sensitive patients,and there was no significant difference in other constitutions.Multivariate analysis showed that Yang deficiency and blood sputum quality had passed the significance test and were risk factors for platinum resistance.4.After the analysis of CA125 in platinum-resistant and platinum-sensitive patients,it was found that the standard deviation of platinum-resistant CA125 was 916.47±185.86,and the standard deviation of platinum-sensitive CA125 was 634.10±183.38.CA125 in platinum-resistant patients was significantly higher than that in platinum-sensitive patients,and there were significant differences between the two groups.5.There was no correlation between platinum resistance and age,BMI,education,occupation,age of menarche,pregnancy history,clinical stage and pathological type of platinum-sensitive patients.6.There is no correlation between the age,BMI,education level,occupation,maternity history,clinical stage,pathological type and the constitution of TCM of patients with platinum-resistant patients after ovarian cancer surgery.Conclusion1.The majority constitution of TCM of platinum-resistant patients after ovarian cancer surgery were Yang deficiency,and the blood sputum quality in platinum-resistant patients was significantly higher than that in platinum-sensitive patients.Therefore,for ovarian cancer patients,it is expected to reduce the incidence of platinum resistance by conducting physical intervention after assessing their constitutionality as Yang deficiency and blood sputum quality.2.The CA125 level was positively correlated with platinum resistance.3.The age of platinum-resistant patients and platinum-sensitive patients after ovarian cancer surgery was mostly 50-59 years old,and there was no difference between the two.Platinum resistance and platinum sensitivity has no correlation with BMI,education level,occupation,age of menarche,pregnancy history,clinical stage,pathological type and other factors.4.There is no correlation between the age,BMI,education level,occupation,maternity history,clinical stage,pathological type and the constitution of TCM of patients with platinum-resistant patients after ovarian cancer surgery. |
