Objective:To observe the difference in clinical efficacy between acupuncture at the foot movement sensation area combined with navel acupuncture and acupuncture at the foot movement sensation area combined with conventional acupoints in the treatment of urinary incontinence due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency after stroke, and to explore a better and effective method for treating urinary incontinence due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency after stroke. Methods:A total of 60 stroke patients with urinary incontinence of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency were randomly divided into control group(acupuncture at foot motor sensory area combined with conventional acupuncture)and observation group(acupuncture at foot motor sensory area combined with umbilical acupuncture),with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were simultaneously given basic treatment such as blood pressure reduction, glucose reduction, plaque stabilization, etc. The needle should be injected once a day, kept for 30 minutes, rested for 1 day a week, and treated for 2 weeks.Observe and record the maximum bladder volume and residual urine volume of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, the symptom score of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, the evaluation of the degree of urinary incontinence, and the change of the clinical symptom score of urinary incontinence, and then evaluate the efficacy standard according to the Nimodipine method developed by Tomonori Y in the United States. After statistical analysis, compare the total effective rate of the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment, the two groups were compared and analyzed for age, course of disease, gender, stroke type, maximum bladder volume, residual urine volume, spleen and kidney yang deficiency symptom score, urinary incontinence degree scale, and urinary incontinence symptom score scale. The difference was not significant(P>0.05)and was comparable.2.After treatment, the maximum bladder volume and residual urine volume, spleen and kidney yang deficiency symptom score, urinary incontinence degree, and urinary incontinence symptom score of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.30%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 73.30%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at the foot movement sensing area combined with umbilicus needle and the foot movement sensing area combined with routine acupoint acupuncture have good therapeutic effects on urinary incontinence of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type after stroke.2.The clinical effect of acupuncture at the foot movement sensation area combined with navel acupuncture on the treatment of urinary incontinence due to deficiency of spleen and kidney yang after stroke is better, especially in improving the degree of urinary incontinence and nocturia, which is superior to the conventional acupoint group.
