| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jumping Qi acupuncture needling technique for upper limb dysfunction on Ischemic stroke of flaccid stage.Methods: Seventy-two patients with upper limb dysfunction on Ischemic stroke of flaccid stage were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.We selected Baihui(GV20)and the 2/5 in the contralateral motion zone of the affected limb as scalp acupoint,we chose Jianyu(LI15),Quchi(LI11),Shousanli(LI10),Waiguan(TE5),Hegu(LI4)of the affected limb as body acupoint.The control group was treated with conventional needle insertion without manual stimulation,while the treatment group was treated with Jumping acupuncture needling technique.Each acupuncture session lasts 30 minutes,6 days a week,pause for one day,a total of 14 days of treatment.Before and after 14 days of treatment,we observed the changes in upper Limb Simplified Fugl-Meyer Score(FMA),Modified Barthel Index Score(MBI),the Brunnstrom Score as well as the time get out of Brunnstrom Ⅰ stage in the two groups,then compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Result: 1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and flaccid paralysis of the upper limb between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The FMA,MBI,Brunnstrom stage of the affected limbs in the intra-group were compared before and after treatment,and there was no significant difference in the above results before treatment(P>0.05),while after the treatment,there was extremely significant statistical differe nce(P<0.01).In addition,the difference in FMA,MBI and Brunnstrom stage of affected limbs between the two groups after treatment was extremely significant(P<0.01).The time get out of Brunnstrom Ⅰ stage after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%,and the control group was 74.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.Both Jumping acupuncture needling technique and conventional needle insertion can be able to improve upper limb function and restore daily life ability in patients with upper limb dysfunction on Ischemic stroke of flaccid stage.2.The scores of FMA,MBI and Brunnstrom stage indicate that Jumping acupuncture needling technique is obviously better than conventional acupuncture treatment in evaluating patients’ upper limb function,the time get out of Brunnstrom Ⅰ stage and daily living ability. |
